new shop on the block! i decided to try it out as i was making my way home… and i can honestly say i wasn’t disappointment! i got the chicken burger with fries & it was cooked to perfection, i got a mango milkshake for deserts and that was lovely to, lovely customer service from a lad called sohail. will defo go again.!👍🏻

I was previously a regular client of S&Ate, myself and a friend used to take our daughters here regularly after swimming for a treat. My daughter enjoyed the space and our regular visits, therein lies the mistake I made of promising my daughter to do her birthday here. The owner was really hot and cold during the lead up to the birthday....not responding to emails, I was constantly chasing the business for bank details to pay them. I had a hunch about their lack of communication, but it was too late, invites had already gone out and so i persevered. The owner hired extra staff for the day, sounds great in theory however, the staff were completely disorganised. Even though we'd had ample communication prior to the birthday party about arrangements, they completely disregarded this. S&Ate didn't start making the food until well into the party - after the games (although they had previously agreed in writing to have all food ready and served by the time guests arrived at 2.30). The team served the food 5 minutes before the end of the party. The kids were going crazy complaining they were hungry and thirsty. It was a complete mess. The adult platter I had ordered didn't arrive until 3.55pm (5 minutes before ending). Unfortunately we were unable to even eat the food at the restaurant. I wouldn't reccomend doing a birthday party here at all, it was incredibly stressful. To top it all off they haven't returned the 'mandatory deposit' they demanded one week before the party although they had failed to mention it before. Have ignored all written communication and requests since to return deposit, although everything was in order when we left. Very ill principled and shocked by the business's conduct

Nothing to complain about, I'll sing their praises even. Staff were some of the lovliest people I've ever met in this city and the waffles were incredible! We also met a regular who would not stop talking about how much she loves the place which says a lot about an establishment. I should also mention that the prices were incredible for the quality of the food and the experience. I'll keep bringing friends here for sure!

This is the best ice cream parlor i explored with my Friends in London. The cookie dough red velvet flavour made my day , it is soo delicious that it melted in my mouth but also melted my heart 😍😄 the staff is very polite and friendly, they really gave us such homely atmosphere.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting S & Ate at N1 1EE, London, and I must say it was an absolute delight! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel about delicious dessert. The dessert selection is nothing short of heavenly. I tried their special dessert referred by them, and it was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. The presentation was as impressive as the taste, a true work of art! But what sets apart is not just the incredible treats but also the friendly and attentive staff. They made sure I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delectable offerings. If you're looking for a sweet escape and a delightful treat, I highly recommend S & Ate. A big thank you to the team for making my visit so memorable.

I had a family lunch there with 3 kids and for a small place it had surprisingly big variety of food to order. Kids went for beef burgers, salads and pancakes as a dessert. My husband and I however tried their homemade lamb curry, as well as grilled chicken wings and lamb chops. Marinade in all felt very fresh and authentic to the cousine. For dessert we went for waffles each, however it is a very generous size and is probably meant to be shared. Was very delicious and not too sweet, so was a shame to leave it behind.

Very good food, well made and clearly good quality. Always kind, available and ready to serve/help you. You do have to wait a bit before getting your food but it's totally worth it. It will be one of my favorite local places from now on!

The waffle mashing was not working when I went but i was given a free waffle in order to make up for it. Great desert, great costumer service!

I traveled from Ilford to this place after being impressed by their social media presence, and I must say, it was worth every mile. The food is absolutely outstanding! The service deserves a 5-star rating! And considering the location, it’s reasonably priced. It’s increasingly rare to find a food establishment that not only excels in the culinary department but also prioritizes top-notch service! I will be returning much as I can! ✨

Took the kids out to eat the kids loved s&ate the food was so good great value for money and the dessert’s the kids loved. Shared some pics of what we had you need to try it to know how good the food really is. 10/10 for this place highly recommend it.
