Solid service from the guys here! Def recommend to come here if you're a tourist needing a SIM card. I walked in and out in less than 7 minutes

I was able to get the help i needed with my phone, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, excellent customer service.

Ignore the negative reviews posted here. I came to sign up a business contract for my trading company and it all went smoothly, customer advisors that served me were so helpful and advised me on the right plan for my business phone and even helped me set up the phone and the sim. They also did not make me feel like I waiting, they were very chatty and made me feel so welcome. All I can say is I experienced amazing service!

I was so happy with the service I received in this store. Milly was a lovely lady who helped me upgrade my phone and get all I needed and a couple of more things that were on offer. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend my friends to come here.

Had a really horrible experience with the girl at the three store on Friday 13th. I witnessed her verbally assault a customer whilst on duty and wearing 3 uniform. Unfortunately no other option to report her. Three, have a word!

What an amazing service. I went to get a replacement Sim for my lost phone but walked out with a Free Samsung Phone and a less contract fee. Aya and Mehar were absolute professionals with a sole intention of keeping customers happy. I can't thank them and Three enough. Delightful service. Highly recommended.
