This hotel is absolutely brilliant, the staff were so friendly, and extremely helpful. It also has parking, which is rare for London, however this is on a first come, first allocated basis, it is always best to confirm with the hotel about the parking arrangements before expecting. It is also located near shops and restaurants, also near a tube station, about two minutes walk away. The room was exceptional, and cannot be faulted, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price, and to say it was excellent, would be an understatement. So many options, all high quality. With regards to the staff, they were the high point, friendly, helpful, efficient and the room was clearly cleaned to a very high standard. I cannot find fault with this hotel, it is brilliant.

My daughter and I stayed for 1 night and everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, clean and the shower and toiletries were the best I've experienced away. The breakfast the next morning was not included in our booking but I'm glad we paid the extra as it was amazing. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the lady was very welcoming and courteous and very friendly. I would 100% return and recommend a stay here.

Amazing service! After leaving another hotel very unimpressed we called The Hide and they managed to book us a room instantly. It has free parking, breakfast was amazing and the rooms are so modern! The staff are really what make this hotel stand out from other places we’ve stayed. Every person we met was friendly and willing to help us with any issues. Will 100% be using this hotel for all of our trips down to London.

Lovely clean room, comfy bed, very good black out curtains. Gentleman on reception when we arrived (22/10/23 3pm) was very friendly, made us feel welcome and comfortable as did all staff we interacted with. Good selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room, and lovely l'occitane toiletries available. Bottled water in the fridge was appreciated. Hotel is on a busy road, but despite having a room on that side of the hotel the noise wasn't too bad, although in summer with windows open I imagine it could be quite loud. Good water pressure, although the handheld shower is far too short so only useful for washing your legs, a longer hose would be an improvement. We didn't have the continental breakfast but it looked like a good spread with a variety of cheeses and cold meats. Ideal for travellers coming in on the M1 as really easy to get too, 5min walk to the tube station, and nearby bus stop into the city.

The rooms look amazing! Decor is on point. Lots of closet space to put your luggage and clothes. Bathrooms are beautiful with powerful waterfall showers. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff and amenities provided were outstanding. Located around the corner from Hendon Central station, about 45-60 minutes (with transfers) from wherever you want to go in London. The only issues I had were that my room was at the front of the hotel and close to the stairs so I could hear all the busy street traffic outside and the foot traffic inside. The other issue was that the air conditioning didn't work well, so my room stayed fairly warm despite turning the thermostat down to 17.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at The Hide London. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the time we departed, we experienced excellent service all round. Every single staff was very polite, friendly and warm. The hotel was well maintained and clean. Our room was quite small (not unusual in London) but very nice, comfortable and very clean. The hotel is close to Hendon Central Station and Brent shopping center. There are also a few restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a really good experience.

Beautiful little hotel not too far from the center. We chose it because it’s not too far out and between the city and some friends and for the cost obviously. A big shopping centre 12 minutes to walk and a stations a few minutes away make it convenient. Breakfast in the hotel was only cold. So we chose to eat somewhere else. Also a few minutes by foot is Cafe Genic and high has the most delicious English breakfast for omnis and vegans. The room was a nice size. Bathroom with a big shower. TV, mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, some water… We had a wonderful time.

Helpful friendly staff at front desk. Rooms clean and functional. Quiet inside, despite being on a busy several-lane road. Convenience store 5 minutes walk up the road, bus stop or tube station 3 minute walk up the road. Lovely hot shower, plentiful water. Gorgeous high-quality bathroom supplies such as lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Great spot from which to explore London.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. All staff are friendly and made us feel very welcome. Room 10 was very cosy, modern and well equipped. Nice touches of slippers, good quality toiletries as well as some personal items ie shaving kit and toothbrushes. Drink tray was very extensive, tea/coffee/hot chocolate as well as water and biscuits. Breakfast was continental style and was a lovely experience due to the very efficient Ilknur who catered for our every need. Freshly made hot drinks as well as yummy caramel/apple yogurt pots were served along with meats and cheeses etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our next stay. Thank you to everyone at The Hide.

What a great find! Stayed here for my birthday trip to London with my partner, and it was by far the best hotel experience we’ve had. Staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming, especially Alessandro who we checked in with. So helpful and thoughtful. They even brought up a little birthday treat for us which was a lovely surprise! Rooms are lovely. Clean, tidy, comfy and relaxing. The shower was amazing, I didn’t want to get out! We had breakfast, which was given to us for free as it was my birthday, and the food was great. Lots of selection and felt very personal. Ilknur looked after us very well! Would have been nice to have some more vegan items available, but we totally forgot to mention I was vegan as we originally planned on having breakfast out, but as it looked so good we decided to eat there! I was still able to have fruit and toast though which was lovely. The station was a short walk away, meaning we were easily able to get to everywhere we wanted during our trip. The area felt very safe too which helped put my mind at ease as I’m not used to being in the city. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Nice hotel, good location close to the underground. Main downside for us was the closeness to the main road, made it not overly easy to get on and off the parking area.

Very comfortable stay at The Hide hotel. All staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. We slept well and the location was very good. Free parking a huge bonus!

We stayed in 5 hotels during our trip to England from the United States and this was hands down the best place we stayed. The staff was incredibly nice and the room was clean and in great condition. The shower was worthy of a 5 star review by itself. There's free parking and it's walking distance to a variety of public transportation options and great food. If we ever find ourselves headed back to London we're going to try our best to stay here again.

I stayed here in November with my daughter, as a birthday treat as we were down to visit the Stranger Things Experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Hendon tube 2minutes walk away, and a variety of shops and lovely cafes surrounding it. The lady on reception was absolutely brilliant, her customer service skills were flawless and she was so helpful regarding information I needed for the tube. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return.

First time in this hotel- travelling for work. Hotel well designed (apart from lack of lift but there are rooms on ground level), I thought there was limited parking space but more spaces at the back. There is no evening meal served at the hotel but busy street with lots of choices nearby- 5 min walk. The decor felt luxurious, good choice of drinks in the room, fridge, as well as vast toiletries choices, including shaving kit and toothbrush! Breakfast was very continental, so no English breakfast - toasts, pastries, boiled eggs and cold meats, variety of cheeses served.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting London. Small hotel which is amazing. The staff are all lovely. The rooms are small but had what we needed. The bathroom and shower was so nice. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in London.

This hotel is a true hidden Gem in North London. We stayed here for 4 nights and caught the Nortbern Line underground train in to Central London only 20 to 25 mins travel time The hotel has some parking on a first come first serve basis It's located off the busy road in to London, and although it's three lanes in both directions the hotel is quiet inside. The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed. The staff are friendly and charming. As it was my birthday the staff laid on some treats and drinks in the room, which was lovely. Breakfast is included and is a decent help yourself continental style. The hotel.is spotlessly clean and puts the chain/branded hotels to shame. The staff here are exceptional, so friendly, helpful and really interested to know how your stay is! We will be back! Thank you for a lively stay.

A great hotel, stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer, very helpful and friendly staff, the bed was very comfortable, great quality amenities provided, well worth paying the 7.50 for breakfast, great choice and quality. The room was a little small but had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Hotel staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating with our requests, the hotel room was really nice and cosy. The bathroom was by far my favourite bit as there was a walk-in waterfall shower and the lighting was impeccable so great for getting ready. In the bathroom they provided toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower caps, shaving sets, and showing supplies which was a really nice touch, it made us feel all the more welcome. All I would say is the walls were very thin so let’s hoping you don’t have noisy room neighbours like we did but we didn’t let that ruin our opinion and considering it is on a very busy road, we didn’t hear any of the traffic. We had a really lovely stay and since we got engaged here, we will definitely be returning in a few years time, it will always hold a special place in our hearts! Massive thank you to the amazing staff as well for all the kindness they showed us!

Very nice modern hotel. Pros: Clean, comfy and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Great shower, loads of hot water. TV, fridge, bottles of water. Comfy bed. Cons: Pillows were not comfy. Room was far too light at night thanks to no curtains, just 2 blinds. No standard tea bags.
