My daughter (3) developed a worrying non stop cough Saturday night. We were very worried but could not get a walk in drive in or home test for COVID on the government website all morning. As we were worried her condition would deteriorate we paid for a test at Samedaydoctor by midday on a Sunday and had all clear results by 6.10am on Monday. Yes it is £250 but peace of mind, testing on a Sunday (self administer in car and return to their office in Central London) and such a quick turnaround - we are very happy. Thank you to the great staff and service.

My mother and I traveled from the US and unfortunately she tested positive for covid during our travels. Ariana at Same Day Doctor in London was incredibly helpful in giving guidance on how long to isolate/wait per US CDC guidance, and how to obtain a letter of recovery after the required waiting period. As promised, we were able to make an online appointment with one of their doctors and promptly received the Letter of Recovery needed to travel home. Throughout the process, Ariana was very patient and supportive. I highly recommend Same Day Doctor, and thanks again, Ariana!

I had a skin problem for about 10 days. It was very annoying. I haven't recieved any treatment from my GP, so I had to look for a private one. I found this place on the Google, and when I called them, they gave me appointment on the same day. I was very happy and surprised. When I went there, the private GP was very kind and helpful. She explained to me everything very patiently and she gave me a cream, which solved all my problems in 2 days. Unbelievable! After 2 days I was perfectly fine. Im.very happy that I booked an appointment at the Same Day Doctor Private GP. They are very kind and professional. I will definitely chose them again in the future. I highly recommend them

Just...don't. If youre able to hear the receptionist. Then she has at least not a clue about anti-retroviral medication. (Basic course of medical knowledge could not harm at all). The price for only consultation is £120 (wich is weird because i see another review saying £60) also another review of someone explaining his/her situation about pain medication. Of what the owner replied to with one simple sentince "we dont prescribe addictive drugs" that allready told me that i would not have gotten my nasal spray against my epileptic seizures since that's a benzodiazapam. Be smart go to NHS (they advise me to call 111) this is not an option for an avarage working class person.

Sorry But I not happy with the service. I paid more than 600 pound but i don’t have any help after. I paid money for the doctor spend time to speak but she not really give me the time . I pain my in body she doesn’t ask me how to find down what happened. She try to ask me to do a lot test but when results come just say my body needs to get more vitamin.my feeling so bad. Can not come back. Not really nice to spend that price for nothing

Dr Gerlis has been my GP for over 25 years and his care is unimproveable. He and his practice are the best!

I have been to this clinic three times, and each time I was not happy with the result. The doctors here take a commercial approach to clients and their quality of care leaves much to be desired. My foot will no longer be there. Today I have not received any medical assistance, and my time has been wasted. The doctor refused to accept me. Communication through an assistant is unacceptable. this review accurately conveys my customer experience.

Bravo, samedaydoctor and especially Healthcare Assistant Luke for brightening up a very frustrating and gloomy Sunday afternoon for me. After a lovely 3 week holiday in the UK, I recently learned at the airport testing site that I was positive with Covid and unable to return as planned to the USA. Felt pretty helpless and numerous places were not helpful. Samedaydoctor's website is informative and easy to navigate. I sent an enquiry and was delighted to receive a prompt response. In fact, Luke responded quickly and efficiently to several follow-ups. Absolutely amazing service! Came with a problem which was ongoing, and became unbearable on a Sunday. I phoned in the morning, got a same day appointment and the doctor prescribed my medication and diagnosed the issue. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.

My experience was very positive. I had a health scare (chickenpox) and needed to get tested asap due to an upcoming surgery. After a Google search I called and was seen within an hour. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful. The doctor was very kind and answered all my questions. I even received my results with comments from the doctor within the same day. They are a bit pricey but for the location , service and quick availability I can’t complain. Big recommend !

Got stuck in London with a positive Covid test 2 hours before my flight. Could not travel back to America with the rest of my family. Ariana and the team at Same Day Doctor did a great job for me, they turned around a travel release letter in a couple hours. Can't say enough about how helpful and professional the process was. We had a scare with our son and Dr Gerlis responded in minutes on a Saturday night and continued to help on a Sunday offering reassurance and open appointments if we needed them, the price quoted was very reasonable. Very Good company and I could not recommend higher!

Ten out of ten service. I walked in at 2.15 pm on a Sunday. Was seen five minutes later. The dr took utmost care and I walked out very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Answered the phone quickly, and provided an appointment for very soon the same day. The doctor was friendly, kind, and helpful, and had one of the drugs I needed in stock, and provided a prescription in case I needed it. Highly recommend.

Scheduled a visit due to a bad sore throat I was having while on vacation in London. Visited with Dr Luke Oates and I was impressed by his bedside manor and experience. He was very patient and understanding to ensure he had the whole story, and to make a good diagnosis. He offered to perform a strep test just to be sure, and that he could provide a prescription if the results were positive. Unfortunately, it does not seem like the UK has the "instant" strep tests like we have in the States, but the office was sure to follow up and the swab actually gets tested a few times over the course of a few days; thankfully the result was negative. I was very happy with my experience and it was quite a breath of fresh air compared to "urgent care" clinicians we have in the States.

Needed a prompt walk-in appointment on a busy pre-Christmas Friday afternoon. Staff did their best to fit me in. The Georgian townhouse environment is pleasant and professional as I waited a lot less time than expected. Doctor C was dynamic, personable, thorough, clinically exact, cheerful and she she came up with what felt to be exactly the right answer. First class. The icing on the cake was I promptly left the prescribed drugs in a taxi - and Ariana on Reception saved the day by getting my local chemist to provide a replacement prescription that very same evening. World Class. Overall a little expensive, but great value for money. Recommended.

Very accessible, accommodating and able to book in same day. Doctors are excellent and I feel more attentive than when I go to the local GP where they just want you to be as quick as possible and get you out. Only negative is sometimes a lack of common sense and generosity, I have spent a small fortune here over the last 2/3 years, was booked in for a GP appointment today and wasn’t able to go to it, as my new born daughter was taken to hospital. Considering I am very regular as a patient, I was emailed a £120 invoice for payment for a missed appointment. Nobody tried to call me, or ask if all was ok, I was sent a cold hearted invoice without any dialogue. Seemed really unthoughtful considering how well they know me and that I’d last been in only 3 days before!!

Always polite, swift, and efficient and properly engaged with the wellbeing of their patients. As a result the practice has replaced my GP over the last ten years.

Visited the City surgery. I'd describe the front desk staff as friendly, welcoming and pleasant. The Doctor was spot on time; his bed-side manner was great - he was thorough, took his time, outlined his diagnosis clearly and treatment options available. Next time I'm unwell, I will absolutely be returning to the City practice.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I am a busy clinician and they are responsive, pro active and caring. The complete opposite of sadly a non existent NHS Gp service. This is the first number I call if I have any medical needs. I’ve known Dr Gerlis for nearly 12 years now and I honestly cannot say enough nice things and it’s totally worth the prices they charge. Needed a prescription while staying in London over the weekend. Tried a few online but none were easy to use or not as they promised. Got through on phone straight away on Sunday am (spoke to a helpful person! Wow) and had a phone appointment in 2 hours. Great doctor understood exactly what was needed and sent script to nearby pharmacy! Excellent service if you are staying in London - don’t bother with the paid ads on Google…thank you Same Day Doctor.

Everything about this experience was ideal. I felt like (cr#p) right after Xmas -- thinking it's strep throat. I was able to request an appointment on the site, had a confirmation minutes later via email (for slightly later than requested, but still on that SAME DAY). The location turned out to be about a 2-minute walk from my hotel. The staff was professional and friendly, the office clean and efficient, and the doctor was all I could have hoped for. He saw me, diagnosed, and gave me antibiotics all within 10 minutes; warm, welcoming, but straight-to-the-point. I took a pill right away and started treatment. The entire experience took under half-an-hour, and the staff even responded immediately when I emailed days later for a copy of my receipt to submit through insurance. Honestly, for a set fee, this was simply amazing. (My son, living locally, has used them as well and has also been super happy each time he's had to visit.)

This is a review for the St Anne Street office. All in all, an impressive, friendly but very professional service - I would highly recommend. The online booking system is very easy to navigate and follow up on phone was also very simple for confirmations etc. The building itself is well laid out and is CLEAN and FRESH (which cannot be said for other private doctors in C London), with up to date equipment. The Nurse Practitioner I saw was very friendly but thorough and professional throughout and answered all my questions (and others I hadn't thought of!). If you need a same day doctor in a hurry, I cannot rate these guys highly enough.

I’m travelling from Canada and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a foreign doctor. I went with no appointment and got to see doctor within 20min. The doctor herself was very friendly and informative. Highly recommend!

Really good private clinic! We’ve been using this for years for various (vaccinations, urgent GP etc) and never disappointed. My last experience was during bank holiday when I needed to see a doctor and get a prescription for an ear infection. I was in so much pain with a high fever and everything was closed. My only alternative was to go to A&E. Luckily their clinic was open, I saw a doctor in a matter of 1-2 hours and got my treatment immediately. I could take my medicines and go on with my plans (had a holiday travel planned for that day). Thank you, samedaydoctor, keep up the great work!

Their service is very quick and prompt, which is very nice and professional. There were small moments of miscommunication however the overall service was very good. There is also a bit of a rush with doing everything which did cause a few complications. UPDATE: the issues were solved very well, i am grateful
