Queen's Wood

Tourist attraction β€’ Park

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Got stranded in Muswell Hill for 8 hours so I had the opportunity to explore every crevice of this park, and it’s absolutely lovely!! Beautiful foliage and a healthy dose of wildlife. Decently sized, too.

A magical place. Please don’t visit. Watch out for the ancient curse, the rabid squirrels and packs of wild parakeets who will nick your hats.

The Queen's Wood is really nice. It's great to just stroll around in and get lost between the trees. It's not that big so you're never far from being able to pop up when down but it does give you that nice forest feeling close to home.

I visited here in April 2022 as part of walking the Capital Ring route around London. This is a nice woodland that us separated from Highgate Woods by a road.

Lovely woodland with off path trails and amazing timbers and logs. So many levels and places to explore. Felt like being miles away in the hills and woods. Coffee shop closed but looks rather inviting....

its one of the best places in London you can feel the nature so closely. There are birds, foxes, squires, and etc. The bed of the wood is soft so you can have a great walk. Dogs are very happy in this wood.

Queen's Wood is a quieter, more chilled contrast to Highgate Wood. Both are great but Queen's Wood has a smaller, less commercial cafΓ© and not much else apart from trees, paths and nature. This makes it the perfect place to get away from the crowds!

Amazing ancient woodland. One of the sources of the Moselle. Lots of birdlife and woodland flowers.

Lovely park, very clean and not too crowded. Good place to relax or exercise.

As the name says, it's a wood :) trees, birds' chirrup, bluebells, squirrels, dog walkers. Nothing flushy, but could be very good for one's mental health.
