Very gorgeous staff. Parth has created a masterpiece for me, truly the best subway i have ever had. This member needs a promotion.. 10/10 customer service, took customer satisfaction to another level. Would totally recommend and will definitely be coming back here.

cherry had amazing customer service and a quick efficient way of dealing with customers on a busy day, there was a queue and i honestly felt like i got served in seconds. The Food was an 11/10 overall; my best experience in subway.

I had a delightful Experience at whetstone The gentleman cherry serving was polite ,curtious and friendly. Nothing was too much for him. He was so quick enough and the table and store were so clean even in busy afternoon. I love that they clean & clear customer table after every customer which feels hygienic to me. I can surely say the best subway experience in london. Food was amazing.

Having been to this store Frist times, I can honestly say that it's got to be one of my favorite Subway restaurants. Friendly service by cherry and great food, comforting environment and most importantly value for money.

We always feel welcome herr and the food is fresh good quality for a very reasonable price. Today Yimal (or was it Limal - sorry:) served me and was so patient with all my questions and getting my sub app to work. Hence I d like to thank him and the lovely staff 🙂

Nothing wrong with staff who were polite and did their job well. However, restaurant did not accept a promotion voucher, despite voucher being valid and the branch appearing online as a participating branch.

2nd time ever visited, at least they are consistently bad with their service… they always want to take your money before your sandwich is made, shouting at you down from the till ‘how would you like to pay’ I don’t…. I want to tell you what I want on my sandwich first. Just simply in a rush to get you in and out the door without any service. I see they have a vacancy for a sandwich artist in their store, I think they need more than a sandwich artist to fix their issues.

One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible buy one get one free offer on 6-inch subs. It's not often you come across such a fantastic deal, and it made my meal even more enjoyable. The value for money here is exceptional. What truly sets this Subway apart is the commitment to serving fresh food. Every bite of my sub was bursting with flavor, and I could tell that the ingredients were of the highest quality. The vegetables were crisp, the bread was perfectly baked, and the meats were deliciously tender. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment. I have been coming to subway Whetstone for a while and I have had many good interactions with the staff even the manager. There are even some times when I get a free cookie or a drink. Harsh is a great server he is very nice and works fast and has just been made employee of the month.

I have been passing by here since March 2022, and I must say that the owner is very helpful and so are the staff. I always stop by here when i'm in the area. The customer service from the staff are outstanding. To be honest I haven't had service like this from any other Subways.

I just place an order via Deliveroo (a large meal deal at £11.99). The food arrived but an item (cookie) was missing. I called straight away but no one picked up. I tried 2 other times and let the phone ring for a very good while, still no one picked up!! Very disappointed!

Delicious, healthy, fresh food, plus very friendly staff. The sub card is fantastic for collecting points that can be used to get a free sandwich after a very high amount of points has been collected. If you are looking for good, healthy food, this is the place to go. Ideal for increasing your 5 a day intake.
