god!!!
this
is
the
second
time
I
am
experiencing
the
service
offered
by
Pizza
Hut
UK
and
with
the
same
issue
as
experienced
1yr
ago.
I
had
hoped
that
the
service
would
have
improved
but
NO!
nothing
has
changed
after
over
a
year.
So
I
ordered
a
Pizza
with
sides
at
22.45pm
on
the
2nd
Jan
2022
and
a
confirmation
email
was
received
with
tracker
which
informed
me
it
was
being
prepared
and
delivery
would
be
between
23.20-23.30.
No
delivery
was
received
nor
any
calls
from
Pizza
Hut
to
inform
me
otherwise.
Tried
calling
the
number
provided
on
email
several
times
but
no
answer.
Tracker
gave
out
false
Information
indicating
order
is
being
prepared
and
would
be
delivered,
but
after
midnight
it
had
dawned
on
me
that
it
would
never
arrive.
I
had
waited
for
over
an
hour
the
food
which
I
thought
was
being
delivered
only
to
find
that
it
would
never
arrive.
I
complained
to
Pizza
Hut
the
very
next
day
by
calling
the
store
manager
of
the
branch
where
the
order
had
been
sent
to
and
he
informed
me
that
there
is
a
defective
system
by
Pizza
Hut
which
does
not
give
out
accurate
information.
How
is
a
customer
to
know???
where
are
the
improvements
that
was
promised
over
a
year
ago
when
I
had
experience
the
exact
same
problem???
I
sent
out
a
complaint
by
email
to
Pizza
Hut
UK
customer
service
and
there
was
no
sincerity
nor
compensation
of
any
sort
which
to
be
honest
was
expected
given
my
previous
experience
with
them.
All
they
had
to
say
was
they
will
give
a
refund
which
is
appropriate
for
the
situation.
Appropriate!!!!
for
a
Pizza
that
never
got
delivered,
waiting
for
over
an
hour
and
half
to
feed
my
kids
and
a
system
that
was
defective
for
customers
did
not
warrant
compensation
is
pretty
disgusting
to
say
the
least!!!
Never
again
will
I
put
myself
through
this
and
there
are
far
better
Pizza
places
I
can
order
from
these
days
than
to
put
myself
in
a
situation
with
a
company
that
DO
NOT
TREAT
CUSTOMERS
RIGHT!!!
