Friendly and attentive staff. I was served by a chap named Manni, great customer service! Will definitely be back

Today, I visited the Staines branch and my experience was very disappointing to say the least. I visited the branch around 7:45 pm, and was served by the manager (gentleman, white, brownish hair, no glasses, no bearded) I wanted to ask about an item which I could not find by going through the catalogue as it was a bit unusual item, so I asked for help, I even showed them an image and description of it from a competitor for which I was given a very unfriendly answer to go and check the catalogue and get the number, we are not here to search the item for you. I then asked for spotlight for toilet for which I was told that we are not here to give advise, ( I did not ask for advise, I asked for information), for which I was once again given a very rude answer. I am sure there is a filter on the system which would have given this information (the website definitely have this). I must also mention that, at the time of visit there was another colleague on the floor, who had previously served my in very professional manner (gentleman, black small hair, small beard), however today, he came across very unfriendly as well. The visit left me with a very bad experience of toolstation. I felt very disappointed and belittled after my visit and I would think several times before going to them.

I visited the store on Saturday 13th June. There were two staff members present and they were both extremely helpful. They were very efficient and found the item I was looking for very quickly. I did take their names but unfortunately lost the flip of paper they were written on. It was a pleasure to shop at the Tool Station. Thank you Anne Gotting

Very good service form Staines Toolstation as per usual, every time I go there to get my bits the staff are very helpful especially Steve, always helping me find the correct products and items, especially when I’m in a pinch… always a laugh to talk to Steve very friendly and professional when it comes to customer service! Goes above and Beyond to make sure customer satisfaction is always on top!!! Helps me pick out all the right things so I don’t have to waste my time very very helpful

I used this particular Toolstation often for DIY as well as trade. On this occasion and very helpful gentleman named Alfie sorted me quickly and professionally - with a smile! Even assisted me in loading the radiator into my car. Job well done. Radiator worked a treat.

Tool station in Staines is amazing. Not only do they have the cheapest prices around the service is always first class. I didn’t think the service could get any better but there is a man who works behind the counter called Steve. Not sure what school of customer service he went to but he must have been an A star student. Thank you Steve for such great service. Appreciate all of your help you gave me with the Castors the other day. I ordered the wrong size and he refunded the wrong ones and helped me pick the right size. There were not enough in stock so he ordered 3 more for me. I collected them today, one day later. Cheers Steve top service.

Just visiting my family and helping them sort new handles for their doors. Was not sure what to do, so I visited toolstation where the most helpful man 'Steve' helped me get exactly what I needed, and the product was not expensive. It's such a relief to find someone who is helpful. We'll done toolstation, and we'll done Steve.

I have been using staines toolstaion for over 4 years now and all the staff are Amazing. I couldn't recomend them enough. Steve the manager here is awsome as he always goes above and beyond to help me .

Used this Toolstation on numerous occasions and always had a very good service. Quick to service, ask if you are click and collect, which I usually am. This means I don't need to que. By far one of the better Toolstation for customer service. Friendly and happy staff.

Alfie was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly polite and helpful in returning a laborious number of items. He also went above and beyond the call of duty in helping with some last minute purchases which weren't in stock. Top man, brilliant service.

By far one of the most efficient branches and super friendly staff too! Always well stocked! Easy parking with lots of large bays for those with the van!

I use Toolstation for many different items regarding repairs at home. From DIY repairs to the replacement of faulty electrical items. This time I purchased a replacement motorized valve for my central heating system which after 22 years of very reliable service has decided to call it a day. I find the prices are very competitive and I also like the idea of ordering on line and they inform you via a text message when the item is ready for collection. Great Service and excellent price.

It's ok... great when it works ... otherwise a pain ... customer service listen to music while you wait...yes we really have the time don't we. Their live stock check isn't really 'real time still waiting for some light fittings since last Thursday. Now I remember why I don't use them!

Great place with helpful and polite staff. Prices are reasonable and there is a free catalogue detailing lots of items if you can't see the one your looking for then the staff are happy to check for you.

I'm not one for usually leaving reviews , however I felt like I had to to show my appreciation to both Stuart and Jack who have both saved me the last few months. I'm currently renovating a bungalow with minimal experience (ok.. basic diy and painting!) Everytime I've come across another Job I have no knowledge on, Jack and Stuart have both been knowledgeable, have showed me which products and tools I would need to complete the job. Sharing their knowledge, making sure I have the right ppe, also showing me How to put the tools together and the dos and donts. You are always Made to feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble, and you always feel like they want to help and don't mind spending time discussing options options but also showing prices too. They gave both really saved me over the past few months and tool station staines is ny go to many They are both knowledgeable, friendly, and want to help and do their jobs going thr extra mile. Everytime I leave there I feel ready for the next task at hand , equipped with the right  tools and advice and happy and satisfied. I'm made to feel valued and like they actually want to help  ,which is sadly rare today and they have clearly taken the time to educated themselves on the products, ajd don't mind sharing that knowledhe I'm sure other customers will also agree with the above. Thank you for being my gurus, and for just being amazing, helpful and making me feel welcome and taking the time to help me. My first port of call is and will continue to be tool station staines because of them abd the rare and incredibly high standards of service I hope a manager or area manager reads this and you are rewarded for the remarkable job you do times a week as more requirements are discover If I'm asking about an area b They are not familiar with (which isn't often) they will go out of their way to find what I need Screwfix for example I asked a question and was told we don't know aboutthe products we just sell them " You don't get any of that way Stuart or hack

Turned up this morning, with a bulb I needed to replace. I had not looked in catalogue and a very helpful young man named Eldar served me and found the correct bulb for me . Very helpful and polite.

One star is a bit to much for this branch in Staines , I went to pick up some down lights and the staff, 2 of them they was smoking outside by the entrance and having great time , inside it was 8 people waiting to get served and one serving . I had to wait over 30 min just to pick up my order and it's not first time sadly 9 out of 10 times I had bad experience in this branch. Toolstation wake up !
