When reading through the comments some may be rated pretty high. But honestly the customer service in this place is a appaling. I went there to repair a laptop at first they seemed welcoming. But as soon as the bald guy comes who was a so called expert messed up my laptop while examing it. So I highly recommend you don't repair your laptop here as there are many more better places in this area

Accidentally I drop a whole cup of tea on my Mac and it died straight away.. I bring it to the Apple store but they asked me about £2000 in orde to repair it... Nothing to say, I was desperate !!! Then a friend advise me to bring my broken Mac to Fixlaptop in Bethnal Green and then happened the MAGIC !! Mr Shafi repair it my Mac as NEW in only one night !! And it was also very cheap !! :)) Thank you mate, you are great !

Mo gave me the best service I’ve ever received at a laptop repair shop. He opened my laptop in front of me and showed me what the problem was, instead of doing it in a back room or hours later when I was away. He patiently explained all the options I had, and even gave me options that meant I didn’t need to buy anything from him. He did all of this for free. While I was waiting a woman came in wanting to buy an air spray can. He asked her why she needed it and when she said it was to clean her desktop he explained she didn’t need that, she could just use her hoover carefully and showed her how. He could’ve made a sale, but instead helped a customer for free. I’ve never seen that kind of service. I mentioned it to him and he said it shouldn’t always be about the money. Wow, hard to find people like that in London. I will definitely be bringing my laptop and phone for repair to him whenever I need to, and I recommend you do the same.

Mr shah has the best knowledge about any kind of laptops . The problem in my system others couldn't fix in many days, he just fixed in less then 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and very reasonable charges. Definitely recommended.

Sold me a faulty usb hub then damaged my usb controller, then when I went to them they said , device manager shows everything work right, I don't know what to do. So I don't recommend, they old school, knowing just basic staff.

Excellent service best repairers in the area. Took my laptop in as it was dead. They told me it will cost alot to repair due to being motherboard issue i asked to have data backed up which they managed to do! Was told what it would cost, the next day was ready and charged me £10 less because they managed to do it cheaper without needing to use other parts. You dont get honest people like this nower days. Excellent service would reccomend to everyone 👍👍👍

My laptop just went dead one sunny afternoon and being both a PhD student and a teacher naturally I panicked. The costumer service in this place is null. I went to fix my phone Xaomi. He told me that the mobile would be ready in one week. Wich was my sorprise When I went to pick up my phone two weeks later....He was on holidays (in his country) and my phone wasn't fixed. After TWO MONTHS waiting I have been today and the mobile wasn't ready. I ask for the claim sheet and he told me that it wasn't possible. Now I go to the consumer office

I was directed to use this service centre by Epson to fix my printer that was still in its extended warranty period. Within 3 hours of leaving it there it had be tested and a replacement arranged via Epson which arrived 2 days later. Great service thanks
