Shocking entrance and hard to navigate now they have added the Popeye's which either blocks the entrance or makes it confusing for some and once your past that they stick a Starbucks in the middle of the car park roadway with a drive thru entrance that looks like its just for you to drive round to get to the shops at the far end....but its not. Small selection of shops but there ok once you get to them just bad planning. Best think is to park at the Range and walk down to the others or just shop at the Range.

Pretty standard retail park but since the Starbucks was built the car park is chaotic. There are a lot of blind corners which is dangerous for drivers and pedestrians. I can only imagine that when M&S moves there it will get even worse. It really needs to be sorted out so there's more of a one way system like there used to be.

Access in and out is terrible since the new Starbucks and pedestrian path blocks access down one side, forcing everyone to merge at some point on the otherside of the car park. The flow of traffic clearly wasn't well thought out before building the Starbucks. I've seen far too many near misses that could easily have been much worse as you can't see very well round the tight corners. Also all the parent & child spaces are at the far end of the car park rather than having some nearer all the shops and the gym where my young daughters have swimming lessons.

With the introduction of Starbucks, this is a fairly decent retail park with B&M just across the way, and Argos, Range, Curry’s, and Pets at Home in this one. I’d recommend the place.

Small, less busy shopping park having, Halford, Currys, Argo , gym, subway, cow and gate and quality save, now has Starbucks and plenty of free parking

Yet another retail park like all the rest. It's good if you have a car and want lots of stuff but I do prefer local shops. Now M&S moved here parking is harder.

Since the opening and building of the new Starbucks the car park is horrendous and I've seen 3 crashes. More building work has started on a couple of units which has made it 10X worse.

Free parking. Don't know if anyone has any toilets but can't see any public ones. only called at argos.

Went to Iceland for 4 items and came away empty handed. Car park is terrible ,had 3 near misses trying to leave. Will not return until builders have done.

Good value for money, but check your receipt, I've been overcharged a fair few times via the cashier duplicating items. If you have several of the same item they've charged for 6 not 5.

It's a multi store retail area. PCWorld/ Curry's, Pets at home, Quality Save , large Iceland, The Range, Halfords, Argos & a drive thru Starbucks. Mobile hotdog/ burger stand at weekends. Large car park with Disabled parking. Only Halfords and 'sport shop' have upper floors. No public amenities which can be frustrating.

The carpark here is horrendous, and it's only hoping to get busier with the new M&S going in and the new popeyes chicken place. We now try and avoid going unless we really have to due to being hassled and followed by the people begging down there.

Good for shopping but parking is a nightmare very tight to manoeuvre round all the corners terrible design

From 25 years ago when the only building that was open was Focus DIY and the Christmas Park & Ride was the highlight of the park when it was ran from here.. to today where there are now about a dozen different retailers and food places open.. this retail park has come along leaps and bounds! You can nip here to make a quick purchase, or you can make a proper trip of it and fill your cupboards and shelves.. whatever your needs, you can probably find something here!

Very busy place. The shops are very good but he car park is horrendous. Since the new popeyes chicken shop, starbucks and the new m&s has opened there seems to be less spaces and the one way system leaves everyone confused. There is also a few beggers which I have nothing against but they are very intimidating

There are a range of different type shops here. Home Bargans that took over another cheap shop some months ago sell a range of products at reasonable prices, but not quite the shop it used to be under the previous owners. There is also Argos, PC world, Fiid Warehouse (Iceland), Which has become expensive and Pet shop that has always been to expensive

Went to Currys PC World to pick up an appliance. Staff were thin on the ground and the young man I did manage to find was unhelpful and vague at best. He even handed me the ticket for the item that was out of stock and told me to take it to customer services he didn't even apologise for the item being out of stock and just walked away. The lady at the till was no better and couldn't even get an internet connection. Ironic being as I was in a major electrical retailer. After a couple of minutes with no luck or enthusiasm from this lady I walked out in disgust. You really need to try harder Currys you are letting your customers down in a bad way.

Roadworks are a nightmare at busy times at Harborough Hill roundabout and getting out at busy times is a nightmare though. Inside the retail park. Plenty of parking .just watch out for the one way system. Never come across one so complicated.

I love the products at the range but it's one of the most confusing and erratically staffed stores ever. It takes forever to find a member of staff to help you find the product you want because things don't seem to be organised logically and if you want to get get a refund or speak to customer services then plan to be there a while
