Absolutely a disgrace of a Taco Bell, I’m on order 11 straight of them screwing something up. Whether it’s asking for extra mild sauces and only getting 2 hot sauces for 2 box meals, items not showing up through Uber eats orders. This location seems to cut many corners and doesn’t care.

This location never sends sauce packets. Now they did but they charged me for beef but put no need on 6 tacos, 2 crunch wraps, and 2 burritos. I asked them not to put beef on the bean options because last time they put beef on the bean burritos. I guess that means charge for beef this time with none. You just can't win with them. Don't order here.

Had the worst experience at a Taco Bell. Restaurant wasn’t very clean (tables/floor) Food was made VERY poorly. 8 tomato pieces collectively for three tacos. Crunchwrap was sloppy and more sauce than meat or topping. Cinnabon delights were without cinnamon sugar and tasted like oil. Napkins weren’t made available, order number was screamed at us but we weren’t given a receipt with a number. The staff was very nonchalant and unhelpful. A spill happened roughly a half hour ago and the customer had to find a slippery when wet on their own and staff have still not acknowledged the mess or hazard. Would heavily suggest going to the south end of Barrie instead. Womp womp.

I order taco bell from Uber Eats probably once a month maybe twice occasionally. EVERY SINGLE TIME, THINGS ARE MISSING! I literally can not recall a single order that was made properly and with all the items. I have even done the "tip the store" option and still. A few months ago for about a half a year, I consistently had to leave notes asking them to fill my nacho cheese side full. I would order 1 or 2 cheeses and end up with barely a quarter of it full. It looked as though they put one quick squirt or a teaspoon in it. They finally started fixing that, but then the notes section has been taken away, so no more notes. This is really unfortunate because it baffles me that a restaurant that serves combos on the daily, seems to forget my fries every time?!?! Last time I only got half of a couple items and again today is when I just had enough. I am pretty sure a WHOLE BAG was missing for my family. We were missing every single regular fries and sides, got 1 out of 5 nacho cheese cups, no sour cream and no burrito. Was unacceptable and as much as I love their fries and quesadillias I have decided enough is enough and I am done with taco bell. I was going to call them or call head offices but reading other reviews tells me nothing will be done. How unfortunate considering I grew up coming here for lunch in elementary school before the merge of KFC and taco bell. It used to be great.

STAY AWAY!! Ordered 2 deluxe boxes for myself and my dad. All the items were put in a small bag which then ended up all over the floor and was given attitude when asking for a replacement. Which was the same food that fell on the floor in 2 bags. My dad's friend ordered soft tacos and was given hard then met with attitude again for asking for different. The buttons for the doors to open for people with disabilities, which my dad's friend has a broken arm and no leg. He couldn't get out without us holding the door and helping him out.

They give you the LEAST possible ingredients every time at drive-through. You end up paying $20 for mostly bread/wrap with a teaspoon of meat. This location cuts corners to the point where you feel especially ripped off. Food is room temperature and super-stingey. Avoid.

Ordered the grilled cheesy burrito combo, it was $17.84. The burrito was flat, rice was hard and it lacked sauce. I ordered creamy jalepeno sauce on the side for an extra $1.00, they didn’t have it so they threw chipotle in the bag. I ordered this same thing at the Whitby location and it was so good but this one was disappointing.

This was a KFC visit and definitely the worst I've ever experienced. About 2 years to renovate this location and this is what we get??? The restaurant was filthy as every table in the place was dirty. Garbage was overflowing, soft drink area was filthy and it took over 40 minutes from ordering to receive our mediocre food!! It's obvious to me that nobody is cleaning the restaurant during dinner. Makes me wonder what the kitchen actually looks like. KFC should be ashamed of this location after such a long way to reopen. Never going back again, Popeyes or Mary Browns from now on!!
