I waited until we had a couple good rainstorms before leaving a review so I knew it would be accurate. Top notch across the board! It was easy to set up the inspection. The inspection was thorough, including photographs. The repair was scheduled in a timely manner, not waiting 3, 4, 5 months like other companies I consulted. The quote was accurate and honoured. Warranties were provided in a timely manner. Communication was excellent. Honestly, they were better communicators than I was! Discussion about the colour to choose was informative and helpful. I decided to match the neighbor's roof, instead of going with the same colour that was there before. The shingles are from a known company. I looked them up online, and they are good quality with good reviews. Photos were taken showing the problems discovered when they pulled the shingles, during the work in progress, and after the work was done. I came home from work and if I didn't look at the roof, I wouldn't know they had even been there. Clean up was immaculate. My new roof looks better than my attached neighbour's roof now! They had their roof done about 12 years ago, and at that time, apparently our roof was already about 20 years old. It was to the point that the shingles at the back were basically dissolved to nothing. Now our roof looks smooth and sleek! I am so happy that there is no more leaking in the kitchen and in the bathroom. What is in the attic space, remains to be seen. I'll deal with that later.
