I had been the this location in the past with no good experiences ever. From the food being the wrong order, to how it was served, to the service provided and not to mention cost. Cashier was rude for the hole service of trying to order. Then its given to me in a box, my meal was not a box meal, but everything ended up mixing together. Then they are willing to give you how many packages of sauces but the moment you say "can I change a sauce for a sour cream", don't even utter those words cause you will get hit with, that's extra only not for free. I felt the need to share as this place just went through full renovations and was hoping for improvement but just the same experience in a clean building.

My experiences at Taco Bell have unfortunately been consistently disappointing. On both occasions I visited, the food quality was subpar, leaving much to be desired. Not only was the food cold, but it also tasted like it had been sitting out for far too long. The cinnamon twists also have a horrible aftertaste due to the use of old oil. The wraps appeared to have been smooshed, lacking the freshness and appeal one would expect. Overall, my visits left me unsatisfied and unlikely to return anytime soon

Horrible service, lady on drive thru Telling me what i can and cant order. Wouldn't allow me to order a simple order of fries supreme lol. Will be cutting this place out of my family dinner nights.

!!DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! ( Went on April 1st 2025 7:30pm) Me and my partner ordered through the mobile app, and arrived just past the time it said the food would be ready. Well, it was not ready, and I ended up waiting inside for nearly an HOUR while my partner and our baby was in the car, she was screaming the whole time.. ( she's 5 months btw...) and we ordered on the app so we could pick it up quick and head home... There were MULTIPLE PEOPLE waiting inside for their order and they didn't have anyone's food being made... not even mine.. I had to ask 3 times about our food and finally got it after an hour of waiting, I asked for some sort of discount, or compensation, and I was told NO discount of any sort was possible. Instead they gave some extra Cinnabon delights and that's it.... When I checked the bag in the car, they completely forgot 2 items we ordered so I had to go back inside... The people working there looked clueless, had no idea what to do or say, and the manager didn't give a single shit about anything. I should have been compensated better, or redunded since I didn't think I'd have to wait an hour with my kid crying the entire time in the car with my partner, along with them forgetting to put items in the bag... Go anywhere else but here. Don't give them a single penny...

So slow took 20 mins to get food and very dirty not one table was clean.

Came in to this location the other night about 10 minutes to closing. They were cleaning up & getting ready to close the store but still were able to serve me right away & without any rude comments about me coming in last minute lol.. I've had too many bad experiences with employees at fast food places trying to refuse service & close early but that wasn't the case with this place! The food was also on par for taco bell, no complaints from me!

Completely disorganized! I waited 7 minutes at the counter just to order, with no one ahead of me! Apparently Skip and Uber orders are the priority rather than in person customers. Everyone seemed to be tripping over each other in the food prep areas, and multiple customers came in while I was waiting to complain their orders were wrong or incomplete. The dining area was a mess and tables had obviously not been wiped down in some time. Food seemed haphazardly put together. Overall not a good impression for an out of towner.
