When I am busy, this pizzeria is my guilty pleasure to serve myself some cheat meal. The sauce is really delicious to me, and that mix of baked calzone or piece of pizza provides mental calories to get back to work. I don’t have an image of it because it was really hot that I didn’t have time.

Pizza hardly had any sauce was very dry. I requested extra sauce. When I called to complain they offered to replace...we already ate enough of the dry pizza that we no longer wanted pizza. Tasteless and dry. offered $15 credit which is useless bc I'll never order there again

You can't order the pre-packaged tomato sauce dipping sauce. It doesn't exist. They only have the stewed and crushed tomatoes that they make. I don't care for it so I ordered what was advertised as the tomato dipping sauce instead. If they don't have it how are they still able to show it then deceive a person by substituting with they're own sauce. Remove it from the dipping sauce options if it doesn't exist. So misleading and so sad. Never had the sauce issue at other locations.

So I ordered a large 3 topping pickup special with mushrooms, ground beef and chicken and paid extra for the chicken since it counts as two toppings. When I got home there was barely any chicken on the pizza. Maybe 10 pieces if that much on the whole pizza and many slices didn’t even have chicken on it, felt kind of ripped off. It tasted fine was ready on time but I don’t think I would order from here again.

We were visiting in Barrie and ordered a medium pizza for pickup and it is one of the best pizza we’ve had. The crust was very good not too thin ‘ and generous toppings. I just wonder if there is one around Burlington where we live.

Ordered 2 large extra cheese pizzas. Came with chunks of tomatoes on it. 🤢 Ordered 3 ranch dipping sauce got 3 garlic. Order 1 diet coke 1 coke zero. Got 2 coke zero. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Was just in to pick up my pizza. Waited 15 minutes for it while in the actual store, meanwhile I had called in 30 min prior to that and they gave me a 20 min ready time. There was a pizza sitting on top of the oven when I got there.... I asked if it was mine (it was not busy at all) he said no. 7 min later takes that pizza off and gives it to me, not hot anymore and then lied to my face and said I just took it out of the oven but I can heat it back up for you. Disappointing!

We stopped by Pizzaville in Barrie during a road trip for a quick takeaway pizza. The pizza was okay for a fast food chain, satisfying our craving. However, there was a hiccup when the staff forgot to include our beverage. I reached out to their online customer service, and I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt response—they quickly processed a refund to my card.
