I popped in here this afternoon to make a few inquiries about a gold chain that I was hoping to have repaired. I'm not sure why, but an older woman was talking down to me and I feel as if I was being treated poorly. It was so bad that I turned around and left. I felt that that was really rude. This was a new experience for me, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anybody looking to get a simple jewelry repair or to be treated like a human being. #NotNice

Quick and easy watch repair

Brought in my watch to be repaired. Patricia the sales person provided outstanding service. Very detailed explanation of the various issues that could potentially be the cause of the watch not working. She told me to leave the watch with them for a few days. 2 days later I was called and told the watch had been repaired and a new battery was installed. I will definitely be back.

I went in to the store looking for an anniversary ring for my husband. I was asked his ring size. I responded. She told me he had to be sized there. Or there would be an extra cost. The person serving me had no personality and obviously prejudged me. You should never judge a book by its cover. I found a gorgeous ring elsewhere and will definitely not be recommending. I don’t like giving poor reviews but in this case it was necessary

I have made several purchases and have had two watches and a necklace repaired here. Every time I enter the store I am greeted immediately in a very pleasant manner. None of my purchases have been very expensive, yet the sales staff is most gracious. I find in some stores if you are not looking at a $5,000 ring then they tend to ignore you. The staff are always pleasant and it does not matter how much you are spending or if you just need a $20 repair. I was in the store today and the manager (I do not remember her name) was compassionate, understanding and an amazing person. I had a return today and instead of being treated like you are at most stores when you are making a return, the manager went above and beyond what she needed to do. I really cannot thank her enough. I really want to thank this store for their high quality of customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone. And in the future if I am ever shopping for jewelry etc., I will go to this store first. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

As a small business owner, I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior. I visited this jeweler simply to get my finger sized, as my siblings and I are receiving signet rings as part of our inheritance following my father's passing. Upon arrival, I was initially told that they were unsure if they would allow me in. Subsequently, I was informed that they did not want to provide this service for me. Throughout the interaction, I felt scrutinized and judged. I cannot recommend this facility due to their lack of customer service skills. Their approach to potential customers is unwelcoming and unprofessional. If they are in need of business, this is certainly not the way to attract clientele. Regrettably, the lowest score I can give them is one star. If possible, I would rate them even lower. I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere, as this is not the place for professionals or those seeking respectful and courteous service.

I called this location, looking for a gold chain and cross for a baptism. Julia the lady that helped me over the phone was willing to accommodate and stay after hours to meet with me since I worked until closing. Julia had then suggested sending some pictures over by text message to confirm it was what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. She got exactly what I asked for and well under my price range. I will definitely be using P.D. Murphys again. Thanks, Julia, for all your hard work.
