Mackenzie was so helpful on both my visits. She did a wonderful job of determining my walking issues and explaining them to me. Then she helped me find the proper walking shoes to wear. The orthotics came promptly and I can now walk for 45 minutes twice a day with no backache or sore feet. I also noticed my posture is much better! A second pair of shoes were ordered for me and shipped as it was a real winter this year. Now I have indoor and outdoor shoes to give me happy feet! Pro Motion is well worth the drive to Barrie.

The people are very friendly, patient, and informative. They offer the best customer service that is so lacking these days. Any visit, purchases, or questions are always followed up by an email or text message asking how everything is working out (in the case of my buying new orthotics and running shoes). Had a wonderful experience from the beginning right till I got my orthotics. Was quick and the staff were amazing and always checked in making sure I had what I needed. Mackenzie was amazing and explained everything that she was speaking about. My feet feel so much better since wearing them and I couldn’t be happier.

Today I picked up my orthotics and unfortunately I was late due to heavy traffic. The office was very understanding while they were busy at the same time as multiple people were in the same traffic. Mackenzie was kind as usual and made sure my orthotics were a perfect fit. Would recommend Mackenzie to anyone. She is very knowledgeable.

After a minor accident where my head hit the headrest, I started experiencing really bad shoulder pain and stiffness. At first, I went to a different physiotherapy clinic, but there was no progress. That’s when I switched to Pro Motion Healthcare Clinic, where I started working with Bhavi Patel for physiotherapy and Krisztina Boka for acupuncture. I’ve been dealing with this for about three months now, but from the very first assessment and the sessions that followed, I started to notice a big difference. The pain and stiffness began to ease, and I genuinely started to feel like myself again. I honestly didn’t expect to feel this good after everything, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. Both Bhavi and Krisztina were not only skilled but also made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. They’ve done an amazing job, and I can’t thank them enough.
