Met a young lady by the name of Laura who helped me pick out a scuba hoodie. Very pleasant and friendly. She made my first time at Lulu very welcoming and informing.
I have tried calling this location Barrie since 9:30 no answer on the phone lines Tried the live chat also no answer Erin’s name popped up and no chat I have no idea what has happened to lululemon but I feel my dollars would be best spent elsewhere it is now 1046 and I have constantly called every 10 minutes
In a day and age where retail customer service is hard to find, Lulu Barrie sales associates are extremely personable and offer exceptional product knowledge. Explain what you’re looking for with as much or as little detail as possible and they can make the magic happen!
Ridiculous I called three times. No answer you have to go through Fort Knox to even get the phone to ring there. I will be showing up tomorrow morning. I’m expecting that they have gift cards that they are selling one wrong move and then trust me I will give it to them.
I've always supported lululemon, but after visiting this place, I'm over it. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. I met a worker who just didn't care if you shopped there or not. He'd rather lose a customer than help one.

One of the cashier made me feel embarrassed because I had 2 separate bills and used 2 cards for payment. I am nurse and have my essential worker discount. She wasn’t even my cashier even though she interfered and said I am not allowed to do that. I said even if this is for my friend, don’t you have give ur friends 15% discount. She thought I don’t know anything. When I tried to pull email she said for now we have discounts yes.. She was so rude and made me feel like thief in front of other customers and yes she was loud. Very disappointed
Today, my son Wes hit his head in lulu in the mall. Each one of the staff working the closing shift were extremely generous and empathetic in how they assisted us. They supplied us with gauze, alcohol pads, a monkey ice pack, tips and stickers to try to help my little one feel better after his first big experience with the sight of his own blood. Thankyou for treating us like a family member and not just a customer. How can I repay you all for your kindness? Ps, I love the assistance I receive everytime I go to Lululemon, I'm sorry I'm only writing a review now!
I had the absolute best experience with Danielle a couple of weeks ago. In all honesty, i came in frustrated with my last Lululemon online orders, all which didn’t work for me and my body and I felt like I couldn’t find anything I like, but then enters this fantastic and experience staff Danielle who 1) made me feel so at ease and happy 2) gave the most helpful suggestions, guided me through styles, sizes, fabrics, hemming, THE WHOLE PACKAGE. I felt like a million bucks and everyone keeps complimenting me for my new outfits… this is my absolute go to store!
Visiting this store at the Georgian mall was a pleasant experience. All the members of team were welcoming and helpful. The store was crowded that day but that didn't affect the great service we received. The items I needed were not in the store but they looked into it and offered to have it shipped to my home. I will likely return if I'm back in the mall. A special thank you to Amy and Danielle.
