I love Katie's personality and expertise in waxing. The bed is very comfortable and she often has to ask me to leave. She takes care to soothe my skin after waxing. Always an enjoyable(?) session, lol. I feel fresh and clean after waxing session.

Katie is wonderful!! I reached out to her several weeks ago when my skin was really blowing up and I was stressing because my wedding was coming up. After a couple appointments with Katie, and following the daily regimen she created for me, I have never been more confident in my skin! Serene solutions I had my first facial at serene solutions this past week and it was a transformational experience. Katie took her time assessing the damage to my skin and tailored a treatment for my needs. Afterwards, I looked in the mirror and I looked so youthful and I have to say the smoothness and cleanliness has upheld about a week later. She also helped me identify products that would maintain all her hard work over time. I will never not do a monthly facial with Katie. As a side note, she’s lovely to talk to and really dedicated to ensuring that it is a relaxing experience. She massages your shoulders and neck and her office very much has a peaceful vibe to it that compliments the entire experience. I highly recommend!
