Becoming a patient Bethel Family Medicine is the best decision I've made in a long time. It had been probably 25 years since I had a primary care physician. Susan Andrea has always made me feel comfortable and at ease. The entire staff takes their time to explain everything and make sure all of my paperwork is done timely and correctly. They never make you feel rushed or that your time with the doctor is limited. After only a couple of visits the whole staff knew me by name and made me feel welcomed. Anyone in the area looking for a fantastic practice would be hard pressed to find a better option than Bethel Family Medicine. Highly recommended.

Dr. Jennifer Difalco is a very experienced doctor. She was a good listener and took her time to provide necessary information to me. She and the staff are caring and friendly! I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Dr. Grogan is very personable. He has a great bedside manner and listens everything. He is great, and the staff is too. With the onsite lab, I like having my lab results ready to go over by the time the doctor enters the room.

First visit felt extremely confident in Dr. Grogan and the staff at Bethal Family Medicine. The office offers services not found at many practices including in house lab work. The level of care was not rushed and made me feel very comfortable and confident in what to expect.
