My wife said this shop was an unpleasant experience prior to us coming here the other night and from my first interaction with the older gentleman at the front I have to concur with exactly everything she had stated. It’s understanding that people need to schedule for specific custom orders well in advance but how you go about relating that to a customer willing to take whatever you may be able to give us in a bind situation shows how much compassion you have, and he had absolutely none. I had cash ready to tip him EXTRA if he could’ve helped us for our friend who was attending a wedding later that night and just recovered from a surgery we would’ve been so grateful. He didn’t even realize that by being rude to us he made other customers leave without purchasing anything from the store. And that right there is karma!

Been there 3 times. The owner is RUDE. Our recent experience, went there to get 2 small costume bouquets at 7:45. First ,the owner didn’t let me touch or choose the flowers and he proceeded by saying I cannot, you have to place an order before. Then I said so sorry, it’s for my friend who is at work and I just found out. My partner asked how long would it take, mind you he is one of the most polite person and he wanted to know the policy for future purpose. He keeps replying back, oh I am going to loose costumer, $200 …, I close at 10 and it will take me half an hour. We bought the flower anyway to realize later that we treated us absolutely horrible, even a costumer left the store after listening. We asked the flower store by fresh and save, he fixed it in 10 minutes. I saw other reviews about the owner! Mind you, not asking for him to go above and beyond, please treat people with respect and courtesy.

The best customer service! They patiently helped find a great vase and even put the flowers in it for me and wrapped it with a ribbon.

Always have beautiful flowers at reasonable prices. They always cut and wrap the flowers and provide flower feed! Such a lovely family owned business. Flowers usually last a good while too!

If you are looking for very beautiful roses than this is a great and excellent place to come to. I recommend going in and stopping by to see for yourself. I've been to a lot of flower shops. This place is 🔥 and reminds me of when I was a child and the way nice and decent flower shops were back than. I get excited when I step in the door. After I got roses from here recently everyone kept asking and saying wow they are so beautiful.

I ordered anniversary flowers for my husband from here and absolutely loved them. I called them to ask if I could dons pickup and thus forego the delivery fee. They explained exactly what I needed to do to indicate that on the website and thus it was a very easy process to place a pickup order in lieu of a delivery. They also made the exact Fall arrangement I ordered online, on the same day, with little notice. That is very hard to come by with florists, so I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience!

i love buying flowers from here regularly! the service is always so friendly and accommodating. They also have a great variety of house plants to pick from too :)

These guys took an order around 10 PM on a Wednesday night for work that needed to be done and delivered by 10 AM the next day. They did a great job and delivered it early and that was after some alterations. Really great service and quality work. Thanks guys!!!
