These guys are exceptional in their attitude and willingness to help! They are a full fledged fedex shipping center but we just needed printouts urgently. Patrick was welcoming when we called late evening on Friday and DANNY went out of the way to help us with a genuine smile. You rock!!

My husband needed to drop off an international package, and the team there was super helpful getting all his customs documents and label together--so much so that he mentioned how nice everyone was when he got home. Fast forward to two days later, we cannot find my husband's bag, and we're back-tracking his day. Al at FedEx kindly and quickly assists us in tracing the bag's whereabouts. So helpful and above-and-beyond the kind of assistance I feel like we would've gotten anywhere else. Many many thanks again!!

Sometimes you can tell that an employee is the type of person that is the backbone of a store or company. That's what my impression of Patrick was after he swiftly helped me get an important document printed and signed. The attachment I tried printing via the self-service printer wouldn't print due to it being a .html file which wasn't supported, so Patrick loaded it up on his own computer, printed it out for me and kept me engaged via excellent dialogue. I borrowed his pen to sign the document with and now I have the job. Thank you Patrick. People like him are what keeps companies going on the ground level. Upper management would be wise to scoop him up and take him a bit higher. He's too well spoken, knowledgeable and driven to be utilized as a simple floor level associate.

Great Service! I went into this FedEx and was immediately greeted with a smile from the gentleman working (rarity in and of itself). He was quite busy and my request was to print something immediately, although he had other orders he was working on he stopped to help me accomplish my task quickly and professionally. He was so kind and helpful.

Five stars for the staff at this FedEx location on Providence Hwy, I have visited them at 4:45 pm today, I am very pleased with the service! I had to buy prepaid labels and this is my first time doing that, so one of the staff members helped me do this even that this is a self service thing. She stayed with me all the time and answered all my questions until I finished the whole process and she was helping all her fellow staff members with anything. She was so patient, smart and helpful, I admire her as a person a lot!

It is so nice to be treated so kindly, and that is how my husband and I were treated at the Norwood , MA location. Matt went out of his way to offer great advice about out printing needs. The work was well done and the service was great!
