Upon entering, I was greeted by a young man who said he could show me around and answer any questions. I looked around and was like wow what a place! I didn’t play any games but I did try the food from the night shift restaurant. I ordered at the counter. The woman taking my order was very nice. After ordering my food they send you a text message when your food is ready .I ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich which comes with fries. It took 14 minutes for them to text me the food was ready which I thought was fine. The food was delicious! The price was $17 which I thought was a bit pricey. I also ordered a root beer craft soda for $4 which is Refillable for free. Total price was $21 without tax. You can also eat at the bar and they also have an area for sit down with waitstaff. I spoke to some other workers from the kitchen and other staff and they were all friendly and answered my questions. Looking forward to going back and trying some more food and playing games.

Awesome experience. Our group of 6 walked-in on a Sunday evening. It’s a really organized welcome process- two lines, one for walk-ins and one for people with registration. You’ll create an account and they’ll give you a player name (shout out to the Odd Mummy) and a wrist band. You’ll use those to “sign-up” for the different games. There is such a variety games from physical jungle gyms to logic puzzles— basically something for everyone. While our group of 6 stayed together, you can easily split up. We did the 2 hour pass, and hit up about 12 games! It was just enough time to build up an appetite and hit up the surprisingly good food! They have great Detroit style pizza (thick crust), Mac & cheese, and the biggest monkey bread. The cocktails were on point and it was an overall great experience. The staff are SO wonderful from the check-in to check-out process. Highly recommend for a different type of activity. Pro-Tips - Level99 is on the third floor across from the Vans store and semi-close to the food court. - Free lockers to store your stuff - Always check the hints to figure out the rules - Good for adults & couples to groups of 4-6.

Awesome place! As a frequent guest of the Natick location, it is so nice to have another spot to play!! Some old favorites have returned and there are a few new rooms as well! Very spacious and loads of fun! Definitely will be back again with more friends!

Had an awesome time here, a bunch of mini challenges that span from escape room style puzzles, to physical "floor is lava" type challenges. Each puzzle usually takes about 4 minutes or less. Spent 4 hrs here with friends and there was still a lot left to do/see. We ate at the resturaunt, their pizza was amazing, goofy movie quality (A+). Will definitely be back!

So much fun! It was just my boyfriend and I, but that was enough for each game to still be really fun. The food was great too, but the service was really slow at the bar. We waited like an hour for our nachos because they were eaten by the group by us. Otherwise, still fun.

I had a great time. There is so much opportunity for it to be something more immersive. However, for what it is, it really starts to open up the possibility of something beyond the typical arcade scene which I can so much appreciate.

Really liked how everyone got a fanciful game player name... and thought it was interesting how some challenges were easier with a bigger group of people and others were actually harder. Good times all the way around! Lots of fun details and the food was great too!
