The medical and support staff at Tristan are all excellent. The people who take blood are very skilled - no pain at all! The PA's are thorough, caring, and knowledgeable, and the front desk people are pleasant and efficient. I'm blessed that they are my health providers.

We were seen right away and the provider Aly was excellent! My daughter was very nervous and Aly did her best to make her comfortable and provided excellent care. She is also following up with my daughter to make sure she's getting better.

Staff was great and wait time was pretty decent for a walk-in but the Doctor was cold and uncaring. She barely got within 4 feet of me and made me feel like a complete waste of her time. I was there because my primary’s on-call nurse told me to be seen at urgent care- I had woken up with a rash on my arms and face and it was close to my eyes.

The entire staff, who took such excellent care of me on Wednesday, August 23rd, as I was very sick with bronchitis, all went above and beyond my expectations of medical professionalism! They were concerned, attentive, and thorough with testing, treating and prescribing medications. I also received follow-up phone calls which was a very welcome surprise. This Urgent Care deserves to be highly recommended.

I am very happy with the care I received at my last visit. Liz is so easy to talk to and the front desk does an amazing job at meeting everyone’s needs. Aly is someone I trust and she takes the time to really listen and work towards solutions together. She is a gem!! Thank you to all at the office. You make a positive difference in my life.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and thorough. They are open until 8 which was helpful in diagnosing and providing treatment as quickly as possible.

I have been for two urgent care visits, once for myself, and once for my 2 year old. Both experiences were great. It was clean, the staff were all friendly, and we didn't have to wait too long. They were knowledgeable, listened to what was going on, and helped treat us.

I took an at home covid test, which was positive. Then I called to ask about Paxlovid. I didn't get a human to talk to in the phone tree, when I selected medical assistant. Nor did I ever get a call back. Since that treatment is time sensitive, I was surprised not to hear anything back. I miss the more personal individual private physician practices. At this point, it's too late anyhow, and it's both a missed revenue opportunity for the doctor's office, and a potential long term impact for me. On top of that, I just made noise that still impacts the ability for the practice to run...which slows the place down. Everyone loses.
