Turner, Blake, David, Jay and Pillion successfully completed delivery and installation of equipment at our towns new Senior Center. They were professional in every step of the way. Starting a new gym and looked to pro gym for about fifty percent of my equipment. After some back and forth with, and help from PJ we settled up on a list. Blake, Turner, Joe and Andrew came to deliver and set up all the pieces. Hard workers, did a great job and were done in a short time. Very professional and easy to work with

Had a delivery this morning sent over by Turner, Blake, Joe, and Connor. They were all great guys and very polite, they were in and out quickly and help moved a few things around. They were amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the New England area.

Pro Gym is exceptional! Blake, Turner, and David delivered our assembled and tuned Precor Elliptical to our home gym today. They were really helpful, professional and got it setup, leveled and operational in no time!! Pro Gym had just received our equipment after the Thanksgiving holiday but took the time and extra care to set it up before coming on property so it made the entire process seamless and efficient -- and a fast turnaround from the time they received the unit. Blake and Turner were so great! They were both very professional and delivered the equipment to our Middle School without any issues. They even helped move old equipment out of the room and rearrange the layout of our fitness center which was above and beyond. The Pro Gym supply team did a fantastic job delivering and installing a Precor elliptical last month in my COVID-era home gym in Western MA. Blake and Turner called ahead, were on time, were careful, friendly and efficient in navigating the product to its spot and completing installation. I am happy to have worked with this company.

I had a new Matrix Functional Trainer delivered to my gym and set up by Turner and Craig. These guys did awesome! They arrived on time and were polite and professional the entire time. They took great care of each piece of the machine, from transportation to assembly. When they were through with the installation the machine was polished up and they disposed of all the trash from the packaging. 5 stars for these guys and this company!

Update 3/29/23 Alex came out to move my treadmill from my garage to my basement. He was very timely getting me into the schedule within 24 hours of inquiry. His pricing was fair, and he very quickly completed the job. I'm very happy with both experiences I've bad with PGS so far. -----------------‐------------------------------------------------ I needed to move a 2nd floor large home gym (pro equipment) to a first floor garage. I reached out to 5 local companies. Pro Gym Supply was the only company to reply back. I had a low and high range in mind for a quote. I was quoted the low range. I figured it would take them a long full day. The guys were done by 3pm. Dave and crew were very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I say patient because I changed my mind on floor plan multiple times and they accomodated with a positive attitude. Dave's son Adam fixed two of my machines "just because" without additional cost. I am extremely happy with how this project went. Timely, professional, affordable, and efficient. 5 stars!

This is one of the best equipment installation company's I have ever worked with. I have been managing fitness clubs for the last 5 years and worked with numerous installation teams. The customer service and experience that Adam Holman and Turner Goodwin provided when installing a piece of equipment for us was fantastic, these are the type of employees that separate a great company from a mediocre company. If you are ever looking to get some equipment installed these guys are by far the best I've worked with.
