The
rooms
are
quite
dated.
We
had
an
issue
with
our
patio
lock
that
was
never
resolved.
It
was
unable
to
lock
due
to
being
broken.
The
service
from
the
staff
was
just
ok.
Jesus,
our
server
at
the
seafood
restaurant
was
top
notch,
but
you
could
tell
that
most
staff
did
not
enjoy
their
positions
with
the
company.
The
location
was
nice.
It
had
a
nice
view
of
the
beach,
but
our
room
was
a
"mountain
view,"
but
all
we
saw
was
the
ground
floor
roof
top
and
HVAC
units.
The
resort
was
smaller
than
other
resorts
that
we
visited,
making
it
feel
more
cozy,
but
there
was
not
much
to
do
at
night
other
than
the
live
show,
the
one
bar
or
sleep;
no
food
available
after
buffet
closed
in
the
evening.
The
food
was
an
issue
at
dinner
time
every
night
at
the
buffet
as
it
was
served
at
room
temperature
to
darn
right
cold.
I
wasted
several
plates
during
my
last
dinner
due
to
fear
of
food
poisoning
as
i
was
afraid
to
eat
it.
The
"hot,
fresh
refill
food"
they
brought
food
out
from
the
kitchen
at
room
temperature,
this
was
very
distressing.
Breakfast
service
was
much
better
as
the
food
was
hot.
Overall,
due
to
how
beautiful
it
was.
It
gets
a
3,
but
I
will
not
come
back
unless
the
price
is
way
below
what
we
paid.
