Went in because I was very sick only to be told I couldn't be seen in person and that I could have a teledoc appointment at 1:30. The doctor spent a out 5 minutes and told me to go to the ER to get a chest x-ray and ended the call. All I had was a virus and I had to pay an ER bill and spend about 3 hours waiting for all the tests to come back. TLDR Don't waste your time and money at this clinic. Doctors don't care and just want your money.

This clinic is a great service to the community. I am not a fan of going to a doctor for anything. The staff and Doctor here were very professional, attentive, and they made me very comfortable to interact with them and earn my trust. I am glad I came here, and if I ever need to be seen again for immediate care I will come here! Thank you!

Went to Dr. Mike's because my son had a terrible cough and bad stuffy nose. The extremely Rude girl behind the counter told me it would be a teleconference and said the earliest they could do it was Monday, this was a Friday. What is the point of an urgent care if they're turning away patients? I may as well have taken him to his primary. So, we had to go to the ER, in which this wasn't really an emergency, but more urgent than a regular Dr. visit. My co-pay also went from $25 Urgent Care payment to a $100 co-pay emergency room payment. Thanks a lot Dr. Mike!!!!!! Worst place I've ever been to. Will never return again.

Before I chose dr mikes I researched everywhere and dr mikes had the best reviews tho not all were great I was a little worried. I come from Orange County so my expectations were high especially for my kids. So I chose dr mikes and I am very glad I did I had my first appointment for my daughter it was stress free a phone appointment and the job was done. Her medications where at the pharmacy I lie not within 30 minutes of my appointment I couldn’t be happier. I say don’t go off reviews go off the staff and I give them an A+. Thank you Dr mikes office you guys made me feel at ease my kids care is in good hands!

They wouldn’t see me without showing them a negative Covid and flu test. I asked if they could do there and was told no. I thought urgent care did that. Their website doesn’t say you need proof of a negative test to be seen. I drove 25 minutes only to be told I had to find somewhere to be tested before I could be seen. The staff were not friendly or helpful. Will definitely not go back or would not recommend.

The people in the office are amazing! I did my medical exam for my CDL and they were so thorough in the medical exam. I was very surprised no other medical exam with us. There was this one they were also kind and so respectful I would definitely go to Dr. Mike’s again thank you to everybody in the front office and to the doctor for being so amazing.

I took my baby girl in for an ear ache yesterday. The wait in the lobby was non existent (we were called back so fast). The nurse assistant (Tamera) and her student (I didn’t get her name) were absolutely amazing. They were professional and interacted with my daughter so well. They made her smile and laugh the whole time she was being seen by them. The physician was very patient with my daughter while she was very hyper and ready to go home. An overall nice experience. I would definitely recommend this location if you want genuine medical help.

The front desk were very professional as well the back office nurses. Very nice and curteous. The doctor was funny and and respectful. The problem is we were there for 3 1/2 hours, but then again, we didn't make an appointment.

Well the receptionist gave me the wrong packet to fill out when I first went in . so it took and xtra 30 min to fill out the right packet it was just a way different experience than I am used to testing up here in the desert. I’ve never had to take off my shirt to drug test.

I had an appointment and seemed to wait longer than expected which I didn’t mind in the beginning. What really frustrated me was I came for a pre-employment lab draw, drug test etc. When I arrived they had already confirmed with my employer there would be a phlebotomist there and when I arrived there wasn’t so now I have to make another trip out there… to top it off I received a vaccine and it was expired! I don’t see how that could happen as it was 9 months old! The doctor didn’t really seem to care and quite honestly that just negligent of them. I would avoid going back if I could.

Staff was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Wait time was less than 20 min from check in to being taken back. Eye and hearing test conducted professionally. I would recommend to all my co-workers and friends.

I love bringing my son’s here best doctor in town and he has great employee’s working with him they are all sweet and always in great moods, front desk employees are so KIND!! when I come in so helpful and patient 10/10 from me can’t complain Great Job Dr. Mike Family!!!

Carolina needs more training on the information she's putting out. Everything she told me was wrong when I was trying to make an appointment for my son. Thank you so much to Ms. Diana for taking the time to help and explain the changes when making a virtual appointment, or when the patient is asking to schedule an appointment with a primary doctor. Carolina was not helpful, was short (to where I felt she was being rude), and had no knowledge of the front office in-house changes. Training and customer refresher course. I understand it gets busy in the office, but that is if your choice to work there and most importantly it's a place to help people.
