I came here because of positive Google reviews, and it is right again. I ordered a golden combination of Vietnam cuisine - egg rolls + pho. Three egg rolls were cut in the middle… easier to dip in sauce. Crispy, fresh, and tasty! The Pho is a wow factor. A Texas-sized bowl was filled with fish-flavor soup and smooth rice noddle. The chef generously put lots of round-eye steak slices and brisket slices. Lots of stuff in that bowl with Authentic Vietnam flavor. To me, the only downside of the pho is that vinegar was a little too much. The overdosed vinegar overwrites the flavor fresh fish soup. Overall, it is still 5-star Vietnam cousine!

Not busy inside the place in terms of how many guests were seated at noon, but be aware that they do handle Uber Eats Orders also so you might have to seat yourself once in awhile. From the time you sit down and place your order you'll get your food in about 10mins. Never had Pho or aren't that hungry? I suggest a small to medium bowl. The Egg rolls were crunchy, the dipping sauce was just the right amount of sweetness, and the chicken pho was tasty with big chunks of chicken. Good music at a nice volume to still hear it, but have a conversation. Unlike other places where you pay at the table make sure you go to the counter afterwards to pay.

Very good. Excellent service, great food! Went with 4 only because of some of the things that weren't available (Thai basil, sprouts, hot oil, a couple of flavors of boba) for those diners who are used to the accompaniments (like we are). The chef even came out to check our table which was cool :)

We've stopped here on our way to Dallas, and it was their first day I guess under new management. The food and the service was great! We had a really good time with opening the soy sauces😀 The waitress is a sweetheart!!!

Great Vietnamese cuisine. I really enjoy the bun dac biet which is #10 and the spring rolls, they are so fresh and great taste with the peanut vdipping sauce.. Service is always friendly, prices are good. It's a nice cozy place, I fits around 55 people, it all depends on the size of the person. They have 3 tvs, and music in the background. Service is fast. Great for Pho food, I really recommend it one of my favorite places in the Odessa and Midland area.

i didnt cared for none of those soft & fried spring rolls, the fried one was cold, the soft was tastless the soups were okay, mine had barely any broth, my gf's had all broth and barely any noodles, i give the 3 stars because outlr server ....

Best pho in town! After a couple of weeks being closed, I had the pleasure of meeting the new owners this afternoon. They were very friendly and welcoming. I was skeptical about the change but I was pleasantly surprised. I have been to this location countless times over the years. The restaurant just seemed to be refreshed. It was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it and the food tasted even better than before. We ordered the egg rolls, chicken with fried rice dish, steamed rice and flank pho. My boys have always loved this place but even they noticed the difference. We are all eager to continue our visits to Pho House on JBS!

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine is hard to come across. I eat more than my fair share of Pho across the States. This ranks at the top. Easily the best in West Texas. Great service to boot! Do yourself a favor and stop by. Your tastebuds will thank you!!!

It's so delicious I come from crane to eat here!😋 the p2 and p3 are my fave. The boba tea is really good. As well their garlic chili has a marvelous taste! I really recommend this place!♥️

Pretty good for what it is. The broth had flavor and the portions were generous. The only thing I didn't like is we came around 1 hr before close and it just felt like they wanted us to leave. We ate our food and quickly left. If I order front here again I'd probably do takeout.

The place was welcoming and the staff was really nice :) The noodles are also so good and the boba is even better !!! Portions were really big and I left with a full stomach :D

Was greeted & served by a very energetic young man (maybe 8 yrs old?). He got my dine-in & my takeout orders correct & was quite proper! I had chargrilled pork + eggroll vermicelli (the #10), w spring rolls. The spring rolls had grilled pork & shrimp & was served w a spicy peanut sauce. The spring rolls were quite large & could be shared, unless you are a big eater. My vermicelli bowl was quite tasty as well - with chargrilled pork, eggroll, shaved cucumber, carrots, lettuce & peanuts over a large serving of noodles and a side “sauce” to pour over it all. I order this dish often from other Vietnamese restaurants & some are good & some not so. I really enjoyed this meal bc the meat was flavorful & added a lot to the overall taste. The owners are pleasant & overall it was a very good experience. I will return

The staff seemed polite and helpful but I was so very unimpressed with the pho and shrimp spring rolls. I actually went back and read more reviews about this place before writing this to see if I was the only one. Starting with the spring rolls, they had some sort of bbq pork bits in it that were all just pieces of fat and if in not mistaken, they are to be served cold instead of room temp. Now, why someone would put so much ginger in the pho base is completely beyond my realm of comprehension. Moreover, the aroma coming from the bowl was that of old cuts of meat. It's almost as if they were either on the verge of spoiling or had just spoiled. I don't believe I'll be back.

WOW. I've tried the pho and spring rolls in Odessa EVERYWHERE. Pho House is hands down the most fragrant, delicious broth and the rice noodles are the perfect texture! The spring rolls are also THE BEST. I can not exclaim enough how amazing the food is here. And don't forget to treat yourself to the Bubble Tea! Soooo good and I will be coming here EXCLUSIVELY for my pho!

Conceited establishment that doesn’t care for small parties of two, since they are soooo busy, wouldn’t even seat us.

This place is phenomenal. Taro Bubble Tea and the Spring rolls are a must.

This place is great. Pho was delicious and the egg rolls were the best I have had. It lived up to its ratings. I will definitely be returning.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. And just as a side note this place IS NOT associated with the place on West County Rd. That place is almost immaculate. First let's start with the 2 ROACHES that came out of my table set up where you grab your chop sticks and Chilli oil and soup spoons. There was TWO that I could plainly see. This was the cherry on top that made me shoot up out of my chair and leave. My experience started with the young lady who basically threw my menu at me and just lacked basic customer service skills because as she put it"she was trained to be a body sculptor" and "was taking her mom's shift because they needed some one who spoke English." I'm sorry you're having a terrible month but please dont take it out on your customers who are just looking for lunch. I will never return here and I have reported you to the Ector County Health Department. THE sad thing is this place used to be pretty great. But they have let it slip into something subpar and disgusting in recent years.

Egg rolls are definitely kept in warmer, for who knows how long. Pho was probably the saddest excuse for pho ive had yet. I only came here because 180 pho was closed in midland. Big mistake. Asked for fish sauce, was given "fish sauce" that was clearly not fish sauce. I doubt there was even any fish sauce in the pho to begin with. You could boil plain water and pass it for their broth. 0/10. Save your time and your money.

I gave 3 stars for the service and friendly staff. I wish they have better quality food, so I could come back. There are not so many good asian restaurant in this town. I was pretty excited to find out the owners and staff are actually vietnamese. Usually it is a good hint the food will be authentic. Not much. We pretty much ordered everything on the menu. BUN THIT NUONG: the noodle is cold and hard. The sliced pork is cold and undercooked. Mixed fish sauce needs more work. COM TAM: the rice is slightly undercooked. They used the same sliced pork, so... PHO: everyone has their own preference for how real Pho should taste. Not really my favourite. Really hope the owner will take my suggestion and improve their food quality. I would love to come back and try again if they can offer better food.

Always a great place to eat had beef and meatloaf pho deep rich flavors egg rolls are the best. but don't go there because there's only so many tables and I dang sure don't want to lose my table!!

My boyfriend introduced me to pho and took me here to try and I have to say I think about this meal often! It's so good! I keep coming back! I really like the number 6 on the menu. The employees are awesome and food comes very quickly. Great service is consistent never encountered anything less. I always enjoy coming!

The worst Vietnamese food ever I’ve eaten, prices were sky high portions was little enough for a 3 years baby. Food was cold, BBQ ribs were tiny little pieces like chicken legs. If y’all are traveling from East Texas, don’t go there.

Really enjoyed the Pho here and the Bun Bo Hue is probably the best I've have for a long time from here to Dallas. My duaghter had the kiddy pho. The service was excellent, will be back.

Guy aregued with me in front of the other guests about my order being ready asap, when I changed the pickup time to a specific time! Order was cold! He was upset about making fresh egg rolls. Did not offer to replace the cold broth with hot brother. I left with my lunch cold.

Although folks were nice and waitress was attentive I just couldn't rate it above 2..The food was inedible basically tasteless. The spicy noodles with meat hardly had any meat and we had load it up with spices available at the table just to add flavor..the owner also would not allow side dishes or substitutes for sides we didn't like. Definitely not recommended and won't return..

Brought my family and we can all agree that so far this is the best pho restaurant we have been too yet. Fast service, and great costumer service. Loved how they bring you the utensils for your food from the back as I believe they should. Will come back

Food was good but the price is a lil high, in my opinion.

High end prices for sub-par food....$11 for Large Pho(medium at best in other Pho Restaurants) just because you put it on a large bowl it doesn't make it a large...they don't give mint or bay leaves for pho, I asked for my bean sprouts to be steamed and they didn't do that. Pho soup is missing flavor and definitely mint and bay leaves. I think the pho bowl I purchased at Costco have more flavor. Waiting staff is great, they do great 🌟 ⭐!!

I have never had Vietnamese food before so this was my first time. It was an excellent choice! I had Thai bubble tea, and a steak bone broth with noodles, meatballs and of course the eye of round steak. Their medium Bowl can actually turn into two meals because there is so much to eat. It is a local hole in the wall restaurant with a few tables, but it is an excellent place to try something new or if you are a fan of Vietnamese food it is a great place to eat.

1st time here, let's just say if you're coming for the Pho then yes an ok restaurant, nothing phenomenal. If not then dont bother. We ordered #10 Pho which was ok. , #13 Rice noodles with Shrimp, shrimp was overcooked and rubbery, rice noodles under cooked,tough texture. Shrimp rolls ok but should be kept moistened to keep rice wrap from hardening. Egg rolls--- frozen item--- blah. Overpriced for what we were served. We've been to plenty of Pho restaurants and this was by far the worst!!!

I have been here 3 times, all three times I had wonderful service, food came out quickly, and the Pho was perfect! It is cozy, and the majority of the time really peaceful. The prices are fair, meaning I think they give you your money’s worth.

The pho was really good here. I couldn't even finish my medium pho soup. My friend had pa noodle steak and shrimp meal, which I tried. Both were amazing. So were the egg rolls. But best of all was the boba drinks. We had coffee jelly in our. So freaking tasty.

The pho is delicious here. I odered it to go on the spot and it was ready in 5 minutes but the best thing is when I had the pho everything fresh and delicious! Off the hook delicious! Don't take my word for it, you must experience it!.

For a pho place out in pretty much the boonies they had great pho (a little americanized with the flavor) but still really good, had a very good clean taste (good amount of meaty fragrance and taste.) Lots if meat slices. And they had really good boba/milk tea.

It was good, the pho is mildly spiced. Add the sriracha as you like.

Amazing service

Quality and presentation of food was great. 3 stars because the food was cold, no greeting, and waiter wasn't friendly. When we went to pay our waiter kept tapping the cc machine. We didn't receive the bill beforehand so I wanted to look it over. After paying he didn't say bye, have a good day, thank you for coming....nothing. The food did have a good taste. Wish it hadn't been cold.
