Was very disappointed when we went. We were so excited when we found out one was coming here. We went often in Colorado and El Paso when we lived in each area. They were busy as well and always will be. However, upon arriving I was skeptical, the parking was horrible. We walked in and got our tickets which we purchased online. We went to go put our stuff in a locker to find there were only approximately 20 lockers. Shoes and items were all over the place. The layout was way off and not set up to the best intent. Most of the area was designated for birthdays the whole side was birthday rooms and tables. The playground area had kids running and pushing like no other and parents nowhere or just standing there watching. In tIn the trampoline area there are only 13 trampolines with only one kid per tramp when rules were actually followed is not enough. Kids were running around and jumping on trampolines with other kids and their parents were nowhere around. My niece is more cautious and nice and she will step off the trampoline vs say anything. I try to keep my "teacher voice" at work but it made its way out a few times when kids kept blowing over past her onto her trampoline. The lines were ridiculous and waited for way too long for the minimum time of 2 hours they were doing. Wi,th that, they tried to have us leave only an hour and 15 into our session. So we mentioned and showed our purchase time and they let us stay. The place was dirty beyond comparison to the other Urabn air facilities. We got some food and for "supreme" you got cheese and sour cream packets and some jalapeños, it took over 30 minutes for us to get the Supreme fries. And the tables were dirty when asked to have someone clean them no one came so we had to dry wipe it and use napkins to put down so we could eat. The floors were filled with food and trash. They had a whole arcade that 1-2 people were playing on and a VR section that was nearly empty the whole time except for one 15 min section. I feel those are almost a waste of space in a sense. They kept allowing people to come in even though it was packed and in some areas nearly impossible to get around. Sadly we will not be back to this facility we will drive to El Paso.

Place was clean, the kids had a lot of fun, prices werent outrageous. My only complaint is the Cafe wasn't set up or ready within an hour of opening which was a little annoying since the kids are hungry from jumping. We will still come back though.

Extremely disappointing. Some attractions were closed. Couldn’t play any games because machines were broken. I feel as though a certain discount should’ve been offered as half the experience wasn’t available.

I had my 3 year old birthday party here. At first it was hard to figure out where i needed to go to check into the party. They need to have host that directs people on where to go or who can answer questions. Private room is the way to go. Our party host was good and made sure to help out a lot. But i have never been here before so i didn’t know how the wrist bands worked. So the party host should explain to parents who are just watching a child they don’t need a wristband. Because it got very confusing he was giving every parent that was coming in wristbands, none were jump or doing anything other then watching the kids. It was very overly packed and had to wait forever in lines to do anything. Also it was hard for my 3 year old to do a lot of the stuff. Kids keep cutting the lines, they need to let their employees know to not let kids jump the line. Also was disappointed on the amount trampolines they had. Also only one kid per trampoline isn’t easy to do when the employees never tell the kids when to get off. Overall it was a great and amazing experience. Just hope after it dies down some that some of that stuff will change. We have monthly membership so we will be coming back. I am excited to see how they change over the Next few months.

My grandchildren who are five and six had a great time! The place was clean with lots of staff supervision. There are height requirements for the various attractions. My two were able to use about half the areas as they are right at 42” tall. Th zip line and other areas had a requirement of 52”. There is a cafe with plenty of tables. It would be nice to have more benches adjacent to the play areas.

Awesome place! Super clean and the staff is very attentive. We had a misunderstanding about how the time frame works with the colored wristbands and the female manager allowed us more time and was very professional. Definitely recommend looking into a membership if you can

My daughter loves it here! We go at least once a week. It's perfect for when it's too hot for the park. We are planning her Birthday there as well. She's super excited. She always gets pizza and a treat every visit which makes the day easier on me. The staff is always very helpful and sweet to my daughter.

👍👍 I took my 3 kids, ages ranging from 8-19, and we really enjoyed the experience. The room was challenging but not impossible. It was a great experience overall!
