Let me start off by saying our service was Amazing! Our waiter was Manny, and he was on top of everything. We had to ask for nothing. Before we could even think about needing anything he was bringing it to us. By far the best service I have had since this whole Covid thing started. I will probably say the best service in the last 5 years. The food here at Chilis in Columbus Indiana was absolutely perfect! I couldn't ask for a better meal, and the price is fair. This establishment is highly recommend by me. Thank you Manny, for the memorable experience!!

Chili's is great! Anything you get is going to be good. The service was prompt and efficient. We went for lunch and we were able to get going in a timely manner.

Chilli’s Grill & Bar does have a lot to offer for vegetarians. I choose the lunch combo that comes with loaded baked potato soup (which I absolutely loved) and the ranch veggie quesadillas served with fries. The service was great!

Ate here a few times. It's good food. First time my order was wrong though. They made it right. The waiter was great. Gotta have a fun waiter or waitress.

Not worth it anymore. Photos show soup and dinky salad with no bacon or croutons for $9.50 and quesadillas meal (pick 3) for $15. Soup and salad and chips used to be unlimited, now it is very limited. The quesadilla meal is smaller too and used to come with rice and black beans. I understand that we live in a terrible economy but why does this place get worse every time I visit? The service was good but that's about all. I think I am done with this place. I'll just keep supporting other restaurants that don't get too greedy instead of eating here.

Food was excellent. Service from "Black Eagle" (It's what he called himself) was excellent. The only thing it was ice cold in restaurant. Overall very pleasant experience.

The Columbus chili's by far is the best chili's that I've been at multiple times we've been there we've had the same Server each time she is amazing and she does her job like she would want to be treated. It is very clean and well maintained. And the food has never disappointed the big mouth chicken sandwich was awesome I would drink it better than popeye's.

Worked a 15 hour day, craving some wings, pulll into Chili's walked inside at 8:00 P.M and they wouldn't let me sit at the bar. To hell with Chili's, I'll never go back! Off to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Sometimes you get the right order. I called in after the last time and was told they would email me a gift certificate. Never got anything and haven't been back. I would go back to dine in....but not doing carside to go anymore.

Very impressed with great service. We had lunch, so the crowd wasn't bad, which helps the atmosphere.

Unfortunately I am terrible at names, so can't remember our waitresses name. She was so much fun and great service. We were there after trick or treating around 8:00. So bubbly and attentive!

Edit: I complained about our food being way to salty. There are salt shakers provided for those who love lots of salt. The service was excellent and Chili's management reached out quickly to address my complaint.

This was the perfect place to go for Valentines Day. The food was amazing. Our server, Tammy, was ver attentive and awesome. Thanks!

Short-handed during early afternoon, but NO demerits for that. Staff was friendly and the bartender was my server. It was good that she pointed out that my Bacon Rancher burger was going to be huge but I still went for it. Many others might not want a 1 lb burger with loads of toppings. Food was great and iced tea equally so.

Great place to eat. Food is hot and the tables are clean. Service is quick and succinct. Recommended for lunch or dinner outings.

The waitress was friendly and the service was fast. I had the half rack of ribs and loaded mashed potatoes and I highly suggest them both!

The bar tender was terrible! We bought drinks that were supposed to be pretty strong and they tasted terrible. She didn't attend to us at all and was more worried about her coworkers drinks. Terrible terrible terrible

Deonte “Black Eagle” Davis is the best server this place has!! We have had him the last couple times we have been here and he’s wonderful. He has so much fun with his job and makes you feel like his bestie. He was training Dave tonight and he also going to be a great addition to the team!! He was super accommodating and so nice.

Fries were cold and hard. Other than that food was great our waitress was on it I will definitely be back!

We were seated right away in the bar area. Our waitress was friendly and courteous to us. We ordered food and it came out to fast. You just know they didn't have time to cook the food fresh in the short amount of time it took to come out. I knew by looking at the food it was straight out of the microwave. My friends both got the chicken quesadilla and I ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich. They said their quesadilla was just average. My chicken was cold and rubbery. I don't think I'd ever go here again.

Decent food and great service from Michelle! She worked hard and was very friendly. Please allow cash paying customers to be able to submit a survey on the card kiosks.

This place is hit and miss. I think they struggle with keeping cooks. One month we had wonderful food and the next month the food wasn't cooked correctly. This place has a good menu just got to get a good cook to execute it.

Food an service always great. Lounge over to one side with full bar seating along with chair an booth seating. The atmosphere is good with music playing but not as loud as Texas Roadhouse. It's more relaxed for me but still love going to Texas Roadhouse

They have downsized their menu again. They removed the shrimp tacos which was one of the best items on the menu. The bacon ranch quesadillas no longer come with rice and beans.

The food is always good and tasty. I would have given 5 stars but my “to go” order was missing the dressing for the cheese quesadilla salad. I used dressing from home but it was the as good. The food was ready earlier than I ordered and the person that brought my food to curbside was very polite. That’s it!

Chili's was ok but I expected a little better quality meal. I got the bacon chicken quesadillas and they were soaked in grease. Not the best meal I've ever had.

Ordered curbside pickup was sent message my order was ready for pickup. Parked in curbside pickup area waited for over 20min. My food was never brought out so I went in to the curbside desk was there for another 10min. 3 workers walked right by me never even acknowledged me, I could see my order with my name on it done on the shelf right behind the desk. I had to bother one of the workers on break to go back there and hand it to me. The food was cold by this time very disappointed with my experience here. Update* changed my 2 star to a 1 star after my experience here me and my son got very sick I do not recommend anyone to eat here

Went in with my wife tonight even tho they were busy and having issues with their tablets it was great service and great food 10/10 and our waitress Kristina was a rockstar regardless of the issues
