I ordered from this location today. I ordered almost $30 worth of food for myself, husband, and daughter. First off, when I got to the window, the young lady that was there was not pleasant. I ordered(for myself)2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos and neither had tomatoes, avocado sauce, or chipotle ranch sauce. I called to ask for a remake and was told to bring them back. I was certainly not happy because I was exhausted from work and hungry but I understand that things happen. I went back to the window and the same young lady was there with the same unpleasant attitude. A young man came to the window and asked if I was there for the grilled burrito remake, I said yes. I asked if they could give me a receipt because they did not give me one on the first trip and I wanted to add it to my app so that I could get my points. I assumed they put it in the bag but they didn’t. I did split pay, 20 in cash and 9 and some change with by Apple Pay. The young lady immediately said “I can’t reprint” but the young man asked if I knew the time that I was there and he could try to find it. I appreciated the fact that he at least offered. He tried and after about 1min I told him to not worry about it and I thanked him for at least trying. I also asked the young lady if I could have a mango tea with no ice because the freeze I had melted. She gave me a tea with ice. I ignored it and just said thank you, she replied with uh huh and closed the window. She did the same thing the first time I was there before the complications. I said thank you and she said uh huh. I got my food and it still wasn’t good. I was there yesterday and ordered the same thing, it was absolutely fantastic. It looked as if it was from a commercial and tasted even better and the service was fantastic. Today, it felt as if I went to a different location but it wasn’t. I was first there today around 3:40pm.

i would put 0 stars if i could. this plastic thing was inside my food. i almost choked on it, i have also gone here before and there were SEVERAL pieces of hair in it. don’t go here unless you want to find something disgusting in your food.

Well I spent $40 and some change on 4 double steak stuffed burritos, 3 soft taco meal and 5 soft tacos. Smh. I'm mad.🤬. Needless to say, I had to add more cheese. And I don't see no double steak.

People inside were rude. Dude didn't even try to hand me my order just held it against him behind the counter. food was not made right, it was thrown in wrappers and almost squished that burritos had stuff coming out of both ends into the wrappers. Never coming back here and letting others know about the nastiness and disgusting lack of hospitality and true customer service.

Tonight the food was decent and the service efficient. Like most fast food nowadays that differs from one moment to the next.

Got the wrong order. When I pull up to the window she knew why. Just handed me my bag out the window,took the wrong order back. No apology, no napkins,no sauce. Just my food. Ridiculous.

The service was fantastic, though I got an entirely INCORRECT ORDER. I had just left Winchester at Hacks location (where I sat for 40mins "trapped"in drive thru) - so I didn't turn around to correct the store's error. I literally spent my hour break driving to 2 Taco Bell locations...

I placed an online order around 11pm, waited in line for over 30 minutes, and when I got to the window, the employees shut off the lights and closed the building! Not only did Taco Bell not refund me my money, they said they'll make things right by remaking my order if I go to the store. I'm appalled. I already paid for my food- remaking my order is the LEAST they could do. I bought the items and never got them! No offer for a free meal, no offer for even a free cinnamon twist or anything. Was totally disappointed that the franchise didn't even attempt to make it right- only to remake my meal, as they should have done to begin with.

This place is ridiculous. I placed an order Friday night and there were two guys there handling food and money without changing gloves. My whole order was wrong and cold. They also had all the lights out at 9:00pm to make it look like they were closed. I will never come here again.

Much improved since last review. Still the occasional missing item on a mobile order, which is my usual method of ordering, but can definitely notice an improvement. Was very surprised today when they apologized for long wait (I didn't feel it was particularly long) and even offerede small coupon gesture, which I had no idea they even did. So whatever methods they're doing to increase the customer facing service, it's working.

I like taco bell a great deal, plus I hadn't had them in years since I became vegan for several years. It is definitely a nice place to stop and pickup a quick Mexican meal if you want one. I tried the Mexican pizza during my last trip and in my opinion it was awful, the worst taco bell dish I've ever had.

Decent cheap food and it's hard to complain with their prices, but they definitely need to start using better quality lettuce and tomatoes and teach the staff to put cinnamon and sugar on the twists. The last 4 times I've gotten them there was not a single speck of either on my twists - just puffed crispy air.

Visited 6/24/23 in early hours and the young man working the drive thru was very professional and had a great attitude. Just wanted to give a thanks to a already unwanted visit that late. But thanks to his hospitality I will return

This location hits every time lately. Food hot and correct. It was not always like this but I definitely appreciate the change. I don't eat meat so I substitute a lot when I order and they take care of me

Im grateful there is a place to get food at this time of the morning. But apparently when its an hr before closeing the employees don't want to work. I wanted a Mexican pizza she replied don't have the shells for it. Ok so then i wanted a nacho Belgradea she says dont have the chips. When i asked for a qusidelle meal i could hear her huff and asked if is that all. She completely had an attitude because I ordered food. This time was so different from last week when i stopped to get food.
