As a parent this is the type of place we feel obligated to take the kids. However, this location was a great one. Line to get in was a little slow as always, but it moved. Manager was up front and visibly directing his young but hard-working staff. Thumbs up to that guy for motivating teenagers effectively and in a fun way!!! Place was super clean! Every table was obviously wiped down and one young dude was wiping down games the whole time we were there. Food took a while but that was ok. Pizza is actually quite good. Plus they have beer 🍻. Would go back!

It was okay but a bit boring. My 5 year old wasn't very interesting and normally we have to drag him out of incredible pizza. This place is geared more towards smaller kids that may not get out much. Total for a large one topping pizza and 4 drink cups we spent $35 plus $35 on points. For that price I could have gone to IP and had the buffet, games and attractions for kids and adults. Also Chuck E does not come out every 30 minutes. We saw him once and we were there for 2 hours.

Horrible experience. Service was rude. Half the games weren't working. This isn't even all of them in my pictures, it's just a few. The workers were rude and looked like someone peed on them with their grouchy faces. Didn't give us all our change back. Said they didn't have anymore change after we bought two stuffed animals. Highly do not recommend. I have never been in a Chuck e cheese so bad. Won't be coming back to this one

My kids love it here!!! They are older now (7 & 9) but we still come when school is out for them to burn some steam and have a little fun. They have updated and remodeled recently so it’s much nicer now. The food is great. The kids love the pizza and wings and I’m a fan of the salad bar.

Bathrooms were closed, which should've meant that they should've been closed for business. It was my grandbabys 1st bday party. I hadn't done this in 22 years, so the prices and packages were ridiculous. Although she didn't have a clue as to what was going on, her and the other children had a great time.

Wow, I am glade that some people are posting good reviews, that you all great service. I truly had horrible service. I would give a 0 or negative stars if I could. We scheduled a Birthday party for my son, on a Saturday. The place was packed, I guess we do not care about Covid numbers anymore, as I would be willing to be that the fire marshal would have shut it down if he had known about how crowded the building was. We were supposed to be assigned a "party planner," I spoke to him a total of 2 times the entire time I was there (couldn't find him). The manager did our initial information and put in our order. The adult pizzas we ordered never showed up, after talking with the manager 2 more times, I gave up. The kids cards with unlimited play were not given to us until we had been there for over half an hour. It was just a horrible experience overall, I can say that my son had fun playing the games, when he was able to work through the lines but we will never have another party there.

I have hosted 2 birthday parties here and the service has been phenomenal each time. We have also spent a lot of time here during the summer and service is just as amazing. It is loud. And they get busy on the weekends. And sometimes the salad bar is a little messy. But my kids have a BLAST every time and all the employees are friendly and helpful.

As you know, this is a personal opinion. I think once you pay they should go ahead and give you your cups and plates on the spot. There was so much confusion. Had to give receipt to 3 different people to finally get items paid for. Other than that it was good for the kids.

I just went in today and was amazed at how clean and organized this place was. However what got to me was the kindness of the staff. They were so sweet and considerate to my son and family. Thank you for making this day amazing! This was my sons first time here but definitely not going to be his last! Thank you again! 🥰🥰🥰

I was there for my 6yo nephew birthday. The kiddos love this place. It is fun to watch them run around, swipe their fun card, don't finish the game before moving on to another. Get the unlimited card for 2hrs of play. The food was surprisingly good and parents, they sell beer. I think that's a plus for you. Have fun!!

We were invited to a birthday party for a 2 year old set of triplets. Service was a little behind according to the mom. The games were fun for the kids. Pizza was great!

Great experience for my 3 year old grand daughter's birthday. We had a late morning early afternoon party. All the kids had a great time. All of the machines were working and it wasnt too crowded! The remodel from the last time we were there made the good time even better. Plenty of extra tables and banquettes. After the official party was over, we moved to an outer banquette and stayed an extra hour and a half. They added hot wings to the menu too. The adults loved having an alternate selection but enjoyed pizzas too.

Compared to what Chuck E. Cheese looked like when I was a child, it looks pretty awesome now! I really like their option with the all you can play card for kids. They have an open space concept and different types of games as well. The food itself is okay, I feel like little kids would enjoy it more than adults.

I got timed play for 45 minutes for two kids and a cheese medium pizza w/ 2 drinks. It was $80. So kinda steep. But the timed play is they can play as many games as they like for 45 minutes. Each 45 minute card cost $26. This location is clean and wasn’t packed on the day we came. Machines were working and service was hospitable and welcoming. They answered all my questions and my daughter and her friend had a great time. I haven’t been to a Chuck E. Cheese in about 3 years and last time I was disappointed…this time my experience was much better.

Some of games and stuff didn't work. And some guy just walked up and scanned his card.I hit jackpot but it went to his card. I didn't ask him to do that Then he lied like I didn't hit jackpot. When yes I did.It lit up and said ,"jackpot. The game with all the balls fall in the red spaces.and all my balls fell in the red spaces. It lit up and said ,jackpot.😒.but it was all fun. Anyway my two year had fun.It wasn't overly crowded. Thanks chuck e cheese

Modern, spacious, and as clean as it could possibly be. Impressed by the number of electronic games available and working. The only complaint I have is the response time, when trying to order food, purchase game cards or redeem tickets. Staffing was limited because it wasn't rush hour. And despite expressing my interest in using an in-app coupon, I received no input or help from associate when trying locate it. I wish they had more than one combo that came with two pizzas. The food was very expensive but appeared to be handmade. The quality of the pizza definitely exceeded my expectations.

My children love this place. Great customer service and organized. It is actually where a kid can be a kid. Literally.

The pizza is still so good. Added wings and a salad bar. All good. Super crowded as always, but my 3yr old nephew had a ball. The people there are nice and help when needed.

I take my daughter about once a month. Fun place but they really need to fix the broken machines and get maintenance done on them. My kid loves it and we spend about $60 for two to play for an hour. Food is $$, and tastes just as you would expect from a "Arcade/pizza place" not out of this world but good. You really go for the games not the food. Lol it is always clean. The cashiers are not rude but I would not call them chipper or friendly either might be a teenager thing.😂 I really enjoy playing here with my daughter.

7 year old birthday party- good service, good pizza, kids had a blast. Glad we got the top package, I really feel like it was worth it. It is pricey, but totally worth it in my opinion.

Booked my 2 year old the Mega fun birthday package he loved it! The service was phenomenal especially considering the staff was mostly teens. They could teach some adults a thing or 2 about customer service. Will definitely book another birthday party soon.

The great & good: knowing that I can bring my grandson during the week and not have to endure a crowd as he plays and enjoys himself. The bad & not so good: the highly inflated food prices. 12 wing likes (6 boneless.& 6 bone-in) for $16 plus tax?!! Huh?!! Medium 1-topping pizza that has 10 slices, $20?!! Whoa! The only other food that might be worth purchasing is the salad bar. Why? Because it's unlimited. The drawback of the salad bar is that it's not completely covered from passing patrons. There were plenty of staff personnel that going around completing quality checks of the machines; kudos! My suggestions: go during the week and eat either beforehand or afterwards. Save tour money for the well lit games!

They were short staffed at the counters especially the prize redemption counter. They only had 1 person to assist a line of indecisive children (including mine). But other than that the employees on the floor were great and helpful and they added new games. My granddaughter had fun!

My children had a blast! Especially having unlimited playtime for 1.5 hours. The pizza was also really good, with free refills. The price was amazing for our family of 6.

Very clean and friendly staff. We went early so that we could enjoy without all the hyper from all the kids. Chucky was friendly and danced with the kids.
