Cannot fault it. Smooth operation throughout the practice and great team work. Always seen on time. Calm environment Memoona Butt is brilliant. Makes me feel comfortable and so do the assistants. Speedy, pain free, and professional work.

Parking not great only a few patients in dentist but car park full,I'm guessing mostly staff cars. 1st appointment for check up,reception lady is great, professional,polite and importantly welcoming. Lady dentist she was fantastic,explained about teeth brushing and future work to be done really lovely lady. Would have given 5 stars but the very rude sour faced ( yes you have a job because we come here!) Blonde haired turquoise scrub top person was horrid and put a nasty end to a great 1st trip

I am over the moon with the cosmetic work that Faezeh and Courtney did. When it comes to the dentist I am a big baby, but they have certainly changed my fear of the dentist forever. They have given me my confidence back and I would highly recommend them and the dentist overall. Thank you so much

First appointment at the surgery today. I haven’t been to the dentist for a while and was very nervous. I don’t normally leave reviews but had to today.Service was amazing, lovely welcoming receptionists, they were so helpful and polite. I had my little baby daughter with me and all the staff were so great with her and helped me carry my things and found somewhere for me to change her. Dentist and nurse were so lovely too and I felt at ease during the appointment. Made a normally stressful time for me so much more relaxed, thank you.

No problem parking on arrival. Greeted upon arrival by lovely friendly staff, all three of us were seen on time and the dentist was lovely. She explained all our options in detail and helped us make informative choices. Overall a really great, first visit

The reception personnel were very helpful, got me in for emergency treatment. The dentist was pleasant and understanding. And sorted out the problem.

I am a very nervous dental patient I find going the dentist traumatic, well I did until I visited West Heath Dental Surgery, my dentist was very understanding and completely put me at ease she was lovely and instead of coming out feeling deflated and silly I came out confident and so happy with the whole consultation. I would truly recommend.

With exceptional staff and like lion taming the dentist will tame all your phobias to insure your treatment is smooth sailing.
