I have used West Heath Dental Practice for over 10 years now for general check ups with Andrew and the team and have always been impressed with the high level of service and customer care. I have recently had various treatments with Jeanette and Emily and following these, I am thrilled with my new smile! I can't recommend the team and services enough. Today was my first visit to West heath dental practice to see the hygienist Jeanette..it was a beautiful friendly practice and the receptionist was very welcoming. I met with Jeanette and her nurse kirstie and they were amazing and made me feel really comfortable. My teeth feel so clean!!! I would highly recommend 👌

I visited the hygienist Janette today, I go every three months and it's a very important part of my dental care. Janette is extremely welcoming and always happy to give advice. Janette is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a high quality service in a friendly environment.

I just want to thank all the team. I have had a dental phobia since I was 14 due to a bad experience. I’m now 50 and decided I needed to find a dentist. West Heath Dental Practice came as a recommendation from a friend and I’m so happy I listened. What a great experience. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff. Suzanne was my dentist and she made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly. I’m sure this might be the end of my phobia and I think it’s great you get to see the same dentist/hygienist for every appointment if you wish. Thanks again and keep up the excellent work.

Would definitely recommend! I joined the practice during lockdown when I had an issue with a chipped tooth and couldn’t get into my local NHS dentist - Emily fitted me in straight away and nothing was too much bother! I’ve since had treatment with Emily for a Mini Smile Makeover and would totally recommend her! She is a true perfectionist and will take the time and effort to make sure you’re happy with your treatment, and does so in a very professional manner. I would also recommend the dental practice in general, as all of the dentists I’ve seen go above and beyond to deliver a high standard of work and go the extra mile with the level of service they provide. The whole team, from the receptionists to those carrying out the work are all a credit to the practice. 👏🏻

I have recently moved dentist to West Heath Dental practice and I have had an appointment with Suzanne, she made me feel at ease knowing I am fearful of the dentist (Thank you Suzanne!!). I would highly recommend - I also have my Composite Veneers with Emily and she is incredible at what she does!! All of the team including the reception team are very very friendly.

My daughter had a 3 year treatment here for Invisalign with Andrew. I cannot recommend him enough, he did amazing work on my daughters teeth, He really made my daughter feel at ease and explained all procedures thoroughly. All the staff at the practice are very helpful especially Andrew's assistant. Thank you all
