Very good dental practice, came to them just before COVID for the ceramic braces and had them off just over a year ago now. I get a lot of compliments on how straight my teeth look, and the staff are very friendly so they make appointments and coming into the practice very comfortable. The best dental practice I’ve been a part of! Dr Aggarwal and the reception staff are all so welcoming and friendly and have supported me in many ways. I’m currently on my Invisalign journey and still have a few months to go but so happy with the progress and how much of a difference I can see in such a short space of time! Absolutely shocking. I went in to make an appointment. The receptionist looked at me before I had a chance to make an enquiry and told me, I’m sorry but we don’t accept nhs only private. How dare she? I am in a very senior management post in the very same nhs and can afford to pay for my treatment. I have a better private dentist now near to Worcester. I’d rather make the 30 min journey to a respectable practice.
