The bucket of strips and wings was good. The taters were also good, but the sauces were too watery. I would add some consistency to them. Staff were polite, and the order was delivered quick.

Food was super juicy and tasted amazing!! Big shoutout to Rubel who was very polite and helpful, great service! Would definitely recommend if you love a banging chicken burger & some loaded fries YUM

Enjoyed my FREE strips which tasted amazing! Staffs are friendly too (been served by Krupali and Hetvi) The shop also has a nice atmosphere. So if you’re a chicken lover, give this shop a try!!😉

On the ground floor in the Wharf Kitchen food hall. £14.25 for 10 wings, chips and a can. Quite expensive for what it was. The hot honey wings were quite nice but you might need to ask for extra sauce. Chips average. Probably won’t be back.

Earlier this evening, my wife and I ordered over £50 worth of food from the Canary Wharf branch. We recently moved house and have our newborn, so we thought we would treat ourselves and get enough food for the next day. However, when we received the strips bucket, there were barely any chips, probably about a handful. I called the branch to let them know and provide my feedback, unfortunately the staff member didn't seem interested and when I explained a second time that we have spent a lot of money he informed me that other customers had also complained but he can't do anything. He suggested I order from deliveroo next time with a voucher code or come into the store to make a complaint. I'm not sure what is happening in this branch, (it's very different to our experience in Earls Court) and it's quite disappointing to be brushed off as well as an incomplete meal. I wanted to pass on my feedback in hopes that it may have an impact. Update: 18/12/2023 The Customer Service team of TBFC reached out to me and I am deeply disappointed with how they handled it. Despite providing a detailed initial outreach explaining my experience, they failed to read it and I had to repeat everything several times. The back-and-forth emails with their nonchalant team only added to my frustration. To my biggest surprise, I was eventually advised to leave a negative review. It raises concerns about the state of affairs within the company.

I went to this restaurant and it was a fabulous experience, food and service are extravaganza. I ordered chicken strips and 3 breaded drums as well as tater toots. Never the less, I would like to highlight the greatest employee of all times Jessica, she is professional and great welcoming, she is a great person to represent the restaurant.

EDIT: Used to be good. Portion size is so small and price is mad expensive for what you get. No sauce on wings now One of the best place for consistent tasting wings! Service was great by Shanti as well. Would definitely recommend it!

I recently visited Thunder Bird Fried Chicken with high hopes, having previously enjoyed food at the O2 Arena. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The most noticeable letdown was the complete alteration in the taste of the food. It lacked the familiar flavors that had initially drawn me to Thunder Bird. I anticipated an even better taste than what I experienced at the O2 Arena, but sadly, that was not the case. The quality of the food left much to be desired. During my meal, I encountered what appeared to be hair or some unclean residue in areas that were clearly overlooked during the preparation process. This not only affected the visual appeal but also raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the establishment. As someone who appreciates a good fried chicken experience, it pains me to say that Thunder Bird's recent changes have left me thoroughly disappointed. I had hoped for an upgrade from their previous standard, but instead, I left with a diminished opinion of the food quality and overall cleanliness. I sincerely hope Thunder Bird Fried Chicken takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to restore the trust of their patrons.
