I was our first visit tonight and wow, fabulous food! Tasty, but not taste bud melting, I really enjoyed my food and the husband enjoyed his too. This will be our ‘go to’ restaurant now as the food really is fantastic.

Absolutely first class. We visited for a family meal and everyone was delighted with the food, the service, and the whole restaurant experience. There are menu options to suit everyone, with well-loved favourites as well as choices that are unique and would suit a more adventurous palate. The food is delicious, every dish is freshly cooked, beautifully presented and extremely tasty. I would happily recommend Khatri's to anybody.

This is as good as it gets. Been here 3 times now & each time had top notch top quality food. I’ve been to dozens & dozens of different Indian restaurants over the years & I can honestly say I’ve not eaten anywhere better than this. Tej & the staff are good guys & very welcoming. This restaurant is one of the best we have used for Indian food in a long time. The food is gorgeous & the staff are so friendly & obliging & always make every visit extra special. Last night we took my mum & sister for the first day as a distraction from a painful time we are going through. When taking to the staff, we shared that it’s is our parents wedding anniversary today & before we left, they presented mum with a lovely cake & congratulatory wishes. So thoughtful & kind. My sister also confirmed that her vegetarian curry was the best that she had ever tasted. So a big thanks to all the fantastic staff at Khatri's Nepalese and Indian, as we look forward to visiting you again. X

I've being to Khatri's a few times since it took over from Red Peppers, and I have been amazed at the quality of the food, and such good value. Even their takeaway service, the food remains hot and still great quality! Look forward to our next visit!

Ordered a take away, the food was delicious, we ordered things we had never heard of so we could try something different, we were definitely not disappointed. We especially enjoyed the Momo lamb starter but all of the food was amazing. Took about 40 minutes to deliver, which is average for a take away, food was lovely and hot. We will definitely be recommending and ordering again.

Really lovely food - I tried a Nepalese dish and it was very tasty. My husband had the chicken tikka and it was one of the nicest chicken tikkas we’ve tasted. The 3 stars fir atmosphere is purely because they’ve not been open long and we went early in a wed night so mot many people in. Give it a go - something different in rugeley and we really liked it and will be back
