We just ordered from here today and its the best takeaway I've ever experienced! The workers very attentive and polite and the food especially the chicken chow mein, mixed starter and salt chilli chips were so delicious😋Definitely ordering again, me and and my family loved it <3

We ordered delivery and the food came hot and quick. All good was absolutely delicious and portion sizes were huge. We were able to eat it again the following night for dinner. They also gave us complimentary spring rolls which we were so happy about. The Yuk Sung was my favourite - fresh lettuce cups and heaps of mixture for a starter (you could easily have It as a main!).

Good food and flavour not bland at all like some Chinese take aways. This was our first ever order from the Ruby this evening and the only criticism was the soggy wet under cooked chips, both bags went into the bin, all 5 of us did not like them, but all 5 of us really enjoyed the rest of the food. We will order again, but will not order the chips.

We ordered from here due to the good previous reviews. Unfortunately the place did not live up to expectations. The starters were nice, however the mains were not that good. One order was wrong and the fried rice was dry and salty. In fact my daughter was sick the evening following the takeaway.

The Ruby is probably one of the longest established Chinese takeaways in the area. In general the food is good, nothing wrong with it at all. Prices are reasonable.

Disappointing, ordered due to star rating, first ever try of this takeaway, as moved house and picked as half mile away, 50 min wait for 2, starter of 'meaty' spring roll, just seemed full of bean sprouts, not meaty at all, tiny bit of chicken and was greasy, worst spring rolls we've ever had. Cold dehydrated chips, clearly made earlier and warmed up were too rock hard to eat, weird stale oil taste of prawn crackers, really watery thai sauce, beef and chicken nicely velveted but that was highlight, won't order again unfortunately.

The cashier that took my order was a nice lad and gave me free food on the house ( the order was £35 ) ^^

Never again. Ordered food online for the family, I was not given any confirmation that the food was ordered or how long it will take, when the food arrived it was someone else's order. I called up to let them know, they told me that my order was on its way and this order will be taken by the driver and delivered to the right person even after I opened it. When my order arrived it too was opened and so I refused to take it. I called up the takeaway who advised me that they can't refund me because I paid online.

Looking for a Chinese option outside our regular, we found this take away with a long menu of chinese and Thai dishes. Fast and friendly, the food was also very nice. We will repeat!

Don't bother can't get served I waited 10 minutes for lad behind counter in end I walked out couldn't get his attention not for first time certainly the last Since changing hands its gone down hill Obviously don't need the trade

Really friendly staff, always happy when I go in there, food is always perfect!! Prices have increased but so have everything lately so can’t blame them
