Healthy and tasty! A hidden Gem. Vegan is so widely recognised yet still so many not catering for it. They Ask the correct questions when taking our orders and the second visit was even better than out first. And of course the price... Priceless!

I've been ordering here for years. They have periods where the food deteriorates and I usually flag this up before I order to prevent the issues. Again the food was undercooked, soaked in oil and frankly inedible. I tried to cook it in the oven but it just caused more oil to weep out. Pictures included. I've spoken to the owner about this previously and he has advised me to ring in and highlight the issue for resolution. I did this tonight and the response was 'we can't do anything'. The gentleman answering the phone tried his best but whoever he was talking to didn't want to resolve the issue nor speak to me about it. The people tonight have taken my money, provided disgusting food that can't be eaten, with no customer service for a amicable resolution. It's a shame as the food can be great. I was told that all management were on holiday and they advised me to contact them via this review! Get in touch to discuss this.

We had wraps and burger and fries, we were served cold/stale fries?!! When we told them fries are cold they first told us, "food once came out of the kitchen, cannot be taken back", then they took the fries from us, microwaved them and brought them straight back out. We couldn't believe the poor customer service! Won't be visiting again.

I was craving an Oreo milkshake and my friend wanted to try a Ferraro Rocher milkshake. They did not have any Ferraro rocher so my friend went with a different milkshake. I called up to say the time we would arrive on ETA which was in 20 mins and asked them to get it ready so that we did not have to wait. They did not get it ready beforehand so I waited. Then the milkshake was poor: did not have enough Oreo in it. Tasted like a watered down version of chocolate rather than Oreo milkshake. Either they don’t know how to make it, don’t put in enough Oreo’s on purpose or were running out. Whatever the issue was, I am not going to this place again. I paid for something that was not the right quality. Anybody who has had a real Oreo milkshake from TinselTown will understand the disappointment in regular shops who just cannot do it right but this place was next level disappointment.

Absolutely dreadful experience, staff where abusive, late and totally out of order. Firstly the address was wrong, I had to personally call the shop SIX times and the delivery was 2 hours late.

bad staff, they are only interested in taking your money and the service is absolutely appaulling... they make the most mistakes with their orders and when confronted the staff literally argue back.... would never recommend this unorganized unprofessional outlet again.. and highly recommend to use a different place

I m giving this rating becoz I had ordered peri chicken grill and it’s tasty was nasty and the peppers were not fresh. There was too much soya sauce in the grill. It tasted bitter and gave me stomach pain that was my bad experience. I am not expecting this from veggie hut .

Ordered from here for the first time via a phone call. Call was answered very quickly and it was easy to order. You can pay by card over the phone, or cash in person. We were given a delivery window of an hour and it arrived very quickly, in less than an hour. It's meant to be free delivery if you live up to 3 miles away from the shop, we live just over 3 miles and they delivered the pizza to us. You can also collect in person. There is an early bird deal if you order 12-4pm and get two family size pizzas. The family size says 10 slices (biggest option), it is plenty big and probably equivalent to an XL at some restaurants. We ordered the tandoori soya pizza and the spicy paneer pizza, both were very nice and arrived hot. We were also given free large fries, which tasted very nice too. The benefit is that the food is all vegetarian, so you have peace of mind. Would definitely order again.

We visited the branch in Sutton Coldfield as a quick lunch stop off. Great find! We are both vegan and the lady in the shop was very helpful pointing out what was vegan. The menu could be a little clearer as to what is vegan but the food was amazing and we will definitely revisit!

1. My daughter's omelette had hair in it. 2. The large mixed kebab was much smaller than expected. You really would think it was a regular size or small. 3. The large wrap had a large tortilla wrap but the inside was so empty and hardly any filling. There was hardly any salad. Not filling at all. It was like eating a plain large tortilla. 4. There was hardly any sauce in the food. 5. The sheesh kebab was not even like a kebab. Overall very disappointing. We had travelled quite a bit to try the food here so was very unsatisfied with the quality of food. We will not be trying the food here again.

Used to order from here all the time, but when the prices went up by over 30% I stopped, but have only ordered from time to time. Since then I have noticed that the quality of the food has gone down hill, the chicken grill so watery than normal and the portion is much smaller. Also the service is absolutely dire its so bad some times that that they just leave you hanging on the phone. Its no longer the same and instead of being excited and looking forward to having a veggie hut its more a question of if the food is going to be upto scratch!

Really disappointed to have found long strands of hair in my food and then when I contacted them was basically accused that it might be my own or someone in my house. I have short hair so does my husband. Loved this place ever since it opened but will never go back. Food hygiene is a must and getting that wrong even once is too much. Response below the from owner says it all. Yes, ppl complain when disappointed. A happy customer compliments by coming back again and again. Understand why experience matters.

I ordered some food from here yesterday they got the order wrong. Guy you need to focus on customer service. If is your staffs error as a goodwill you should rectify and correct it not charge again. Poor service

My boyfriend stumbled on this gem of a food shop as his friend is vegan. First meal here and it was amazing the vegan chicken and halloumi bites were right on the money price is very resonable very busy shop seems to be run by a sister/family duo also very clean loads of familys eating 👍👍

Would have given no stars if I could ordered food was 30 mins late when I called the restaurant there was no answer then got a message saying enjoy your food when the delivery came I asked the driver why the delivery so late he said I dont know your the one delivering corn on the cob was burnt we are paying for the food at least have the decency to answer the phone or keep the customer updated not happy at all they don't even answer the phone just keeps ringing

My favourite vegan takeaway, ever since I stumbled across this place i’ve never gone anywhere else. My go to is the bbq vegan wings & curly fries or wedges, the eggless chocolate cake is delicious and a nice special treat. Highly recommended the strawberry lemonade juice as well, always delivered still cold - even in summer! I’ve tried their vegan pizza and some burgers which are also great, although the thin crust is very thin in my opinion so id go for original Overall great place for vegan delivery food!

Absolutely awful. When ordering through Just Eat, they send the driver out with so many orders that if you’re towards the end of the run, the food is cold. Everything that wasn’t wrapped in foil was stone cold by the time it arrived, and Just Eat only provide 50% refund for inedibl cold food. Use caution when ordering from here, it can go very wrong because of how they manage deliveries.

The veggie kebab here is honestly one of the best veggie meat replacement dishes I've ever had in my life. The pizza is also great if you are not expecting Italian style pizza and if you go in person and get it fresh. Highly recommended place for veggies and meat eaters alike.

This is vegan fast food that looks authentic and tastes delicious. Had the mixed grill which has different coloured soya each with a unique taste, fries with soya mince in the Poutine section which doesn't have a vegan version of original Canadian Poutine - Fries, Cheese Curds & Gravy and garlic bread. The place was let down by how cold it was inside, they had one electric radiator & it wasn't even working.

Been eating here for a while and the standards have dropped dramatically. Especially with the prices being so expensive and unfortunately the portions have gotten smaller The customer service seems terrible all i ever seem to get when I speak is “one sec” so a simple order ends up taking very long and rhe young lad don’t seem to actually be listening Has such great potential

I've been in Birmingham for a while now but haven't seen many vegan places. But yesterday I found this nice place, and it's VEGAN. I tried the vegan Beast burger. Unfortunately I had to come back for another one today 😁😁😁 yum yum I was surprised. I'll come back to try a new one. I recommend 👌🏿

Good variety of foods, free delivery if you're in the valid area Always plenty to try and of course being veggie, all of the food is vegetarian (non-egg) so I never have to worry about getting a chocolate cake or muffin either One star less because they can sometimes mess up the order and the delivery times can take up to an hour even if you're close

Bought a pizza from this place on Sunday. Pizza very salty and NO customer service. Do not recommend this place!!!!!

Amazing food! The popcorn chicken, mixed grills and selection of pizzas are great! I wouldn't order chips from here, as they can be a bit dry and are clearly not made fresh in house (possible ready made frozen?) - but the other food I've had so far is so good!!

Awesome food. Awesome staff. Open 7 years and I only discovered them when I went vegan in 2018. For that takeaway taste without killing animals and the planet this is the way forward

Delicious food me and my brother got the medium double deal meaning for about £15 we got two medium pizzas and a large fries it was a bargain we had a nice meal and still got some pizza for later. The pizza was pipping hot and delicious the medium is about 6 slices so ideal for one person. The vegan cheese is yummy as well its kinda like a vegan mozerella. The fries were plentiful so we could share a large one.

Quality food burgers are out of this world. Customer service is amazing this is my favourite place to eat. Being a Vegan can be hard when you want food on the go but I have found my place highly recommended
