Great club, excellent coaches and development opportunities. Many routes up the ladder for youngsters and female players. Can not fault it. Also does an outstanding bonfire night! 🔥 I wouldn't trust the catering and I definitely wouldn't eat there, but aside from that it's top level.

a great venue for a pulled pork barbeque hosted by BJ's catering who also runs the cafe at the club. a really fun atmosphere. a great bunch of coaches and a great day out for the kids. that's what they think of a training or match day at Lichfield RUF club. there's never any hesitating about going to the club on a Sunday morning, or rather, they want to go there more frequently.

Personally I'm not a fan of rugby having been forced to play it for three years at school; I don't see what the fun is in sticking your head in a scrum behind other lads' bottoms. But this rugby club do a great bonfire and fireworks night every year - we've been for the last three years and the displays and bonfire are top quality.

Quiet location for training. Staff very helpful during my CPC training. Especially the cleaning staff.
