This is a lovely, smart & busy retail park. There's a Nandos,Superdrug,Card Factory,Costa, a large Sainsbury etc...The best bit is the 4 hours free parking😄🚘So loads of time to shop, eat ,hang around. There is another retail park right next to it,however you'd have to exit Selly Oak shopping park out to the traffic lights ,turn left & into Battery retail park, there's a Sports Direct,Currys etc..Selly Oak shopping park is in a great location especially for the games over the next few days. It's not too far from the University of Birmingham which is hosting the Commonwealth hockey games & loads of other activities etc..

This supermarket is very spacious and I was amazed when I discovered it has a Specsavers, Habitat and Argos inside.

Plenty of parking, selection of shops - mainly high street names - covering the retail experience. Friday evening getaway with most customers doing quick shops or treating family to that holiday-feeling takeaway. Something for all.

I am more fascinated by the canal that runs in front of here than with the stores actually. I didn't go into Sainsbury's but that get up is dope. Maybe I will go kayaking on the tiny boats some other time.

You can get exactly what you are after there. Not like some of the Sainsbury's. Has a lovely sushi bar there, and if you are hungry, then there are 3 different places to choose from.

Most wanted and needed outlets are together which makes the place worth shopping. Someone broke my car's rear view mirror at the parking lot.☹️. It would be more satisfactory if there is any halal food corner at the site.

I visited the McDonald's here, all good but before I left I popped to the toilet, what a weird hand drier location, only 3 sinks and both driers right in the way of the sink!!

Great range of products and easy to scan with a hand held device to speed up the checkout process. Usually busy but the queues aren't bad at all

  • 5/5 Tim S. 10 months ago on Google
Busy! That's not a complaint, even with it being as busy as it was, each stores staff were polite and in some cases actually enthusiastic to see me (unheard of here Birmingham + enthusiasm = Manchester) but generally a good place with a great range of stores

Solid selection of stores, but borders a much higher quality shopping park with better store selection including a large Sainsburys store.

  • 5/5 Sophie B. 1 year ago on Google
Nice store. Has Argos, TU clothing and a cafe in it too. And by some other stores in the retail park

  • 3/5 Miss B. 1 year ago on Google
It's a big Sainsburys with a couple of restaurants upstairs. Sole reason for visiting was TU clothes section which was okay. Not impressed with the toilets - needed more upkeeping, reeked of urine.

As others have mentioned, a terrible car park layout. EV charging bays are a trip hazard too, pedestrians zig zag between charging cables, no idea why there is a pedestrian entrance right near the EV bays. That said, the Sainsbury's itself is huge plus there are a good range of shops and places to eat. Don't forget 4 hours max stay in the car park.

Fair range of shops on site and a well stocked sainsbury. Park for free for a few hours so can go to Queen Elizabeth Hospital (15 - 20 min walk) and return to do some shopping.

Lovely visit recently here, nice selection of shops and the Starbucks is absolutely beautiful so spacious! Traffic around the car park can be a-bit crowded but otherwise nothing else to complain about!

Lots a variety with different shops. lots of parking area. There's places to eat. Lovely shopping centre

Every time I deliver to this store the night staff expect you to do their job for them. The last two times I have been they started to unload me then disappeared expecting me to do the unload for them then load the empties on as well. This is the ONLY Sainsburys store that I have had this problem and because of this feel less inclined to help out.

It's ok, but it's not too good if you have a disability, Toilets upstairs, had to help a woman using walking stick to get up stairs. There's disabled toilets but I could only see two. There's lifts but not sign posted very good, but overall it's not a bad service station.

Nice enough retail park, plenty of varied shops, good choice of food and parking is ok, limited to 4hrs Do think the council need to come and have a walk around though as you don't have to go far before being approached for spare change by homeless or beggars. We worked at night here too and some people were sleeping in cars, might encourage more people to stay longer if they weren't fending off people who need help all the time

Enjoyed looking around the shops. Handy having toilets near by, also in Sainsbury's. Selly Oaks Sainsbury's is big easy to get run. Can eat not just in Sainsbury's they also had Harry Ramson A few other eating places. We're just passing through at the times as the store was about to close. Love the layout of the store

Ample parking and a good range of shops to cater for all your needs, with a cheeky Nandos to finish off!

Variety of options for weekly/monthly grocery. 4 hours free parking.

You will find a big supermarket Sainsbury's. Homeware, food, freezing food, house hold chemical goods, ice cream, porridge, sweets, vegetables, fruit, berrys. You will find what you need. Recommend 👍 You can drink Italian coffee, eat treats. Big parking place.

  • 3/5 Karen L. 5 months ago on Google
Great shops but I can't score it 5. People drive far too fast in the car park when there's kids around and getting in and out of the carpark is terrible.

This shopping park has a handfull of well known high street stores though its a retail park. There are plenty of parking space. This causes problems during busy periods as it takes a long time to leave the retail park due to the fact that the single lane exit goes onto a roundabout. Perhaps a traffic light exit system would have been better. Furthermore this problem is compounded by the Sainsburys petrol station being near the exit which contributes to traffic volumes.

  • 4/5 Paul C. 5 months ago on Google
The exiting traffic gets stuck due to the lights on the island, it would be better to have a one way traffic direction through the car park to make it flow better But 4 hours parking is very good

This is a relatively new shopping park, the main focus is sainsburys but there are several eating establishments and coffee shops. Other stores include mand s, the works, next, superdrug and mountain warehouse. Its not somewhere I can spend much time due to the limited shops, but parking is free. I know a lot of people don't like it due the carpark but I think it must be down to the time you visit as I've never had a problem.

Great place, 2mins Drive from the QE. Has a lot of shops, Sainsbury with petrol station, Greggs, Costa, Superdrugs, TK MAX, Next etc....and Lots of free Parking for 4 Hours

  • 5/5 Christopher A. 2 years ago on Google
Definitely one worth a visit. Many great stores with an alright amount of parking. The stores are diverse and depending on what you may require, could be a one stop shopping destination. Would recommend highly.

One of the best Costa coffees i have been too above Next! Service from staff was 5 stars and the best toastie I have had! Crispy on both sides!

  • 3/5 Michael L. 2 years ago on Google
Nice and modern shopping park with good store selection with petrol station. Car park is very difficult when busy especially trying to leave. Also would have been so much better if when they built this park, it was joined with the Battery shopping park next door. Unfortunately they are separate meaning you have to navigate the the tricky carpark entry/exit and road layout to get between both when they are next door to each other.

Lots of retail on this site, complements nearby similar shopping area nicely.

  • 5/5 Sam F. 2 years ago on Google
This place is home to the majority of stores I would wish to visit. A place to buy food, a place to buy coffee, a Gregg's, a place to buy household appliances, a place to buy shoes, a hardware store etc. Fun for all the family

  • 4/5 Genevieve G. 2 years ago on Google
It's a nice place to shop. There is a sainsbury's there which houses specsavers and argos.

Everything under one roof, you need to be careful about the 4 hours parking limit. I was in the cafe then went for dinner (I stayed 4 hours & 15 min), I got a fine for £100. As if they don't want customers to stay longer, while having many shops !!

  • 4/5 Playerxzz 1 year ago on Google
Very nice and a good place to shop as it has everything you'd need in a shopping trip! Not used all of the stores yet, I mostly use it for sainsburys

Had food from Ed's , it was cooked beautifully not grease every was cooked lovely it had a lovely taste , staff was very welcoming and polite and friendly, the place was clean . Before 12pm you can get 2 x big full English breakfast shown in the pictures for £11 when they are normally about £10/£11 for just one this is everyday apart from Sundays Definitely will be going again

I particularly like shopping at the 'Mountain Warehouse', plenty of choice of mens outdoor ware at reasonable prices. Great free parking. Also plenty of other shops and places to eat.

Another uni run and everything is there for your adult student child to extract cash from you. You have an amazing Sainsbury's restaurants, shops for clothing everything required to stretch the student loan I am however waiting desperately for payday.

Nice big Sainsbury's. Everything you need for your weekly/monthly shopping, can be found here.. Large enough to lose your family in 😂

  • 4/5 Jasmine S. 1 year ago on Google
There's loads of great shopping options, the sainsburys is very very big and stocks a good variety. Biggest downside is the traffic. Only one way in and out and at peak times it gets very congested.

  • 5/5 Ross L. 1 year ago on Google
I'm not really into shopping at all... but the staff here are a really lovely bunch and their great attitude is a welcome change for a city that seems to specialise in awful customer service.

  • 3/5 Darren M. 1 year ago on Google
Good shops but separated into 2 areas, so you have to drive and park in 2 different areas about 400-500 metres apart

Go the the selly oak shopping park for my weekly shop when I'm in brum. Get a wide range of different shops in one place which makes doing my big shop a lot easier then having to go to five different shops in different areas wasting my day.

Can get busy with cars going to the car park. Big Sainsbury's supermarket here. Two Costa's (one in Next). New Starbucks just opened. McDonald's opening soon. Bus stops in walking distance as is two railway stations (Selly Oak and University). Plus the Worcester & Birmingham Canal.

This place is good for doing shopping but also has a good three hit restaurant, so three different restaurants serving from one place toilets charging facilities also wheelchair access all around very good and I'm letting them into five star,

Great place to get everything done. I'm here all of the time. It never gets old! The layout is really convenient and everything just feels so neat and clean

Great facilities, a decent range of shops and great selection of shops in greater local area as well, free parking only down side is it’s a bit busy on the local roads but have patience it’s worth it.

  • 5/5 Dindi Wahyu A. 1 year ago on Google
There are two floors here, the first floor is a very large parking space. And the second one is a shopping center where you can find almost everything here. The price here is a little bit expensive but if you are Persisten enough you can find some items that are cheaper than in other places

  • 4/5 Karen L. 1 year ago on Google
Good retail park with a variety of shops including Wilko,Superdrug, Next, The Works, M and S Food, and a large Sainsbury's. Plenty of free parking, with a petrol station on site too.

  • 1/5 Janet I. 2 years ago on Google
Brilliant range of shops but unfortunately signage for the 4 hours parking limit is poor - we never saw them and were never informed in any of the shops etc we visited. Resulting in a stupendous fine of £100 for parking properly in a car park that had plenty of spare spaces, and shopping in a place designed for shopping!! Will not be going back - its just so wrong to charge this much!

Was trying to find somewhere nearby to get a coffee (my son was at an England Squad gymnastics training session at Revolution Gymnastics and I needed a coffee) I don't know the area at all so resorted to Google maps to find a coffee outlet. Luckily, a 5 minute walk to Sainsbury and there in front of me was a Starbucks and a Costa (how am I supposed to choose!?) 🤔😉
