Pretty nice pub, surprisingly large in size with loads of parking. Wide range of drinks available, including some cool spirits I've never even heard of! Prices seem reasonable. Service is pretty fast too.

We always have a great time whenever we pop to see Jill, Sarah and the team. Hadcroft is a lovely little pub and the food is really good! I would highly recommend popping in if you’re ever in the area :)

New menu, visited a few times, this time with 2 young kids. The staff went out of their way to keep the kids entertained with colouring and were really kind. Always have a nice meal here and reasonable prices. Sadly they'd sold out of the Crownie desert so I'll be back to try it soon. Thanks

Cheap food, **I feel the owner misunderstood my feedback I didn't say the food wasn't nice my response was the food was cheap as in reasonably priced**, I gave a 2 not based on the food but it was really cold inside, and it wasn't clear that you had to go and order your food at the bar, it would have been helpful to know this when we arrived as we sat for 20 minutes waiting.

Friendly warm welcome earlier from Sarah and Lyn. Food was great and beer was cold as always. Would 100% recommend. Well done Jill and the team!

The menu caters for everyone with interesting choices. Loved the fact you can ditch the onion rings and mushrooms and have a side salad with the steak. My steak was cooked very well just a good as a steak from a steakhouse restaurant. Food came out in a good time and hot. From seeing the other meals coming out they all looked very appealing. Well plated. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Will be back as the meals were very reasonably priced. The place had a good atmosphere relaxed and cosy. Looking forward to my next visit.

Fast friendly service. Excellent value and nicely presented and cooked food. I have eaten at the Hadcroft many times - never been disappointed with any aspect of those visits. Was there yesterday with my sister who also enjoyed her visit and thought the food was both excellent value and quality. Well done to all concerned.

The Hadcroft is a fab place to dine and have a few drinks with family and friends. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the manager does an excellent job of running the pub. Everything is spot on and she is always smiling and friendly. The food is lovely too and good value for money.

Had a works meal yesterday and must say food was amazing, it all came out together which was a lot of meals as there was 27 of us x lovely food and staff was amazing x I will definitely be going there again and so will our works x thankyou x

The staff are so friendly and attentive. The food was delivered quickly which helped because we had 4 hungry children under 5. The food was good and plentiful. We left with full bellies and feeling content.

It's very clean when you visit the pub .The staff are very friendly and helpful and always smiling .The meals are excellently cooked to how we required them and a lovely choice of foods on the menu .A good choice drinks with a lovely all around feeling of enjoyment. Friendly bar staff, nothing was to much trouble offered to carry my sisters drink to her table as she has mobility issues. Food was served promptly, hot nicely presented. Good choice on the menu at affordable prices. Staff checked that everyone was happy with their meal. I lovely mid week treat.

The staff were extremely friendly. The food was excellent, the steak was cooked exactly how we like it. Delicious soup to start. Generous portion sizes. Very good value for money. If we lived nearby, we would be coming here all the time. We were instead on holiday in the area, but we are so pleased we discover this place. Superb.

Had a lovely meal with some friends on the lunchtime. Warned the staff that I was strictly gluten free due to coeliac disease and no problem at all. My meal even came out with an allergy warning on it!

Arrived a little late but it was not a problem. They saw us to a table and then we ordered our meals. They arrived shortly after and were delicious. I had met with a friend who I had not seen for quite a while and we wanted to sit and have a catch up. About an hour later we ordered puddings and these too were lovely. We actually spent a very long time chatting and apologised to the staff when we left and they were lovely. A nice atmosphere, a lovely meal and lovely staff, unhurried and reasonable prices. It is even better when they have offers on. What more could you want.

Staff always friendly, my allergy is always sorted when I place a food order. Tables, toilets and pub is kept well. Offers do help and encourage me to support our local pub. Plenty of car parking and a good menu to choose from.

Went there for my wifes birthday with the daughter &son in law. Food was good service is very good Jill and the staff are excellent friendly helpful polite nothing is to much trouble for any of them the atmosphere is good overall excellent food was piping hot.The only down I had was when I went to order the food the lady behind the bar said there were no mixed grills which I was going to have other wise a nice dinner time birthday meal for the 4 of us thank you Jill and staff. stuart

Lovely pub, friendly staff and very nice food. Only negative was one of the salads... Well, the only salad, looked like it'd had been out all day...with dry curling cucumber and browning leaf stems. So if you're not a salad muncher this is defo the place for you!

Last minute decision to visit for a meal and it was delicious. All the members of staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. Will definitely be going back.

It's been years since last here. Good friendly atmosphere and on a Friday evening plenty of space too. Decent grub and helpful staff. Ordered through my smartphone but ordering at the till is what most were doing.

Lovely place to go and eat. The food comes out piping hot which you don't realise doesn't happen in most places and the portions are enough to fill you up with prices that aren't extortionate. Drinks on the other hand are a little expensive but the staff behind the bar and elsewhere are all very friendly and it seems like a good environment as its all smiles from them. Would definitely go again if given the choice

Staff were brilliant. Friendly, welcoming. Asked about allergies without me saying. My daughter has a tree nut allergy. Changed all cutlery and condiments to ensure no contamination. Brought her food out separately. Staff were brilliant

Family occasion to mark a significant anniversary, it was the hottest day of the year 37 deg. So was some doubt about the welfare of kitchen staff, but they agreed to go ahead, the dining area was air conditioned brilliantly, the front of house staff were absolutely brilliant, prompt, efficient and polite , the food was spot on being delivered to table of 12 , 1st to last within a minute so everyone could eat together, I could ask for no more. Friendly and efficient staff, prompt service, pleasant décor. The meal was served on hot plates (as a retiree from the wholesale catering industry I am very particular about this. In general catering if I am served a hot meal on a cold plate I send it back to the kitchen). this has never happened at the Hadcroft.

The staff were friendly. The food was good and served so that the group of 6 could eat together. The place is clean bright and pleasant to sit and eat in. Xmas decorations were impressive. X

13 of us came here last night for a 70th birthday celebration. All meals came out together. Good value food was enjoyed by everyone. The staff were helpful, friendly and very efficient. We will certainly be coming here again soon. Thankyou to all involved in making our evening so enjoyable. Xx

Very friendly staff fantastic food and the service was outstanding the time from ordering to receiving food was no longer then 10 /15 mins on even changed some of the food to meet diatry requirements.

The hadcroft pub has been our favourite pub since we moved to the area 5 years ago the staff are excellent they will do anything for you nothing is too much trouble the food is top class we usually have the steak as its the best in town. We can't say enough about the place very friendly happy place to he .

Used to visit frequently but because of covid lockdown and my husband's health issues I had not been for nearly 3yrs. When I walked in the same staff were there and it was like I had come home. Met our friends and had a lovely meal, although my husband was a little shocked at the prices of drinks lol. Cannot wait to go again.

Lovely meal and staff. Enjoyed a chilled afternoon with my sister. No sports TV 's blasting away. Attententive without being intrusive.
