Me and my partner came here on Saturday. It was quite busy as expected so had to sit and wait 20 mins outside. When we got a table and ordered food, it arrived so quickly! Only downside, is when we ordered desserts 30 mins already went past and still no desserts. My partner had to ask a waitress and she said they don't get a notification when something is ordered through the qr code. She apologised and came back with the desserts about 5 mins later. Food was okay, mine seemed hotter than I thought it would be with lemon and herb spice on I didn't expect my lips to be on fire. None the less, we will still be coming back at some point😊

Grilled chicken legs are absolutely the best ever! I've bought 1/4 of a chicken (1 leg). but just mind you -- if you are hungry it's not enough, take 1/2!

This is a very nice branch. The service is superb from the door, to the ordering and the food service. The food we ordered were great as always and came with the right temperature. Quick ordering and food also came quick. Ambience was great, it’s one of the nicest Nandos decors I’ve seen. Very good experience all in all.

Went the without booking .got us in within couple of mins .food was quick and staff were friendly and helpful

Stopped at the Merryhill Nandos for our evening meal and I have to say it was a pleasant time. Food was as you would expect, tasty and hot and value for money. It was comfortable and service was friendly and fast.

Gave 5 star for food as I love it but it is fast food so don't expect top end oysters or lobster. It's tucked away in the food hall and can be easily missed.... do persevere if you don't see it straight away! Toilets are a bit of a hike down narrow spiral stairs (unless they open downstairs). Otherwise standard Nandos friendly staff and service.

The food was at top quality level. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The service was excellent. Very quick service. Best service I've been given for a long time.

Had to order by till or code to your table the service lady was very helpful as I hadnt been here before at little sad as we couldnt have a dessert

So great that I've had Nandos twice in one week and the same thing each time. I keep thinking I'll have something new and then fall back on my staple favourites as I know what I'm getting and that I'll enjoy it. Cleanliness was a bit poor this time round but it was a busy day so could forgive tables not getting cleared as quickly.

food was good had to send one dish back as under-seasoned other than tat was a nice meal for the 4 of us. We eat on the outside so was nice and fresh Beware stairs to the downstairs toilet was a bit dangerous if any mobility issue as it was a spiral stair case

As a coeliac I was well catered for. They made sure there was no cross contamination, the manager took my order and informed the cooks. I watched the server who carried over my husbands meal ( not coeliac) she then washed her hands before carrying my meal to the table. Excellent awareness lovely staff

Waited 50 minutes for food, only to be told they couldn't find our order (despite the fact the drinks and starter came out). Lady at the door seating people was rude to us on two occasions. I'm only giving a star for the tall chap with glasses, who was the only positive part of the experience for his assistance at the end. Won't be rushing back.

I was there on a Sunday around dinner time. Most places in merry hill are closed by 5 so it was nice to see it still serving. It was 8 of us and even though we all ordered within a space of 5-10 minutes I'm between, only half of us received what we ordered. The rest came a little over half an hour later. It was quite awkward. The food was not up to nandos standard either I'm afraid. Everything was quite overcooked and dry. This included the fries, mashed potato and spicy rice. Price are ok just like every other nandos but I won't be returning to this one. So far the best nandos I've been in was at fort shopping centre Birmingham. Give that one a go if you're around :)

Today's visit was bedlam! There was food sat on the counter waiting to go out for over 20 minutes! My order was partl wrong however, the girl did kindly offer to rectify but I said its OK not a problem and did not want to add to thier problems behind the counter.

Right from the start the staff by the door is amazing! We are group of 5 and table is ready straight away right even the restaurant start to get busy, ordering is a smooth and quick, food comes hot and in new containers! The guys working there right now means service! Good one guys! Thank you for the service!

Nandos I find is good across the board, from Brighton to Newcastle this chain has good standards that they seem to maintain in every branch. If you are smart with ordering you can feed a family of 4 well, for under £40.00. As with All restaurants these days drinks are expensive (in relation to food) Will continue the occasional trips to Nandos for the foreseeable future.

We came many times but this time it looks as they didn’t change the oil and the chips were black ish and didn’t taste right

Ordering took quite a while as no one was at the tills. Also didn’t give me the Nandos rewards code on my receipt when I said I’d not got my card. Overall food was good and service was OK.

Had the fino pitta. My food was nice. Husbands food came out, he had the double chicken pitta and his chicken was cold. Asked for it to be changed. The rest of the table of 7 people had finished their food and my husbands food still hadn't came back so he said don't bother bringing it now if iv got to eat alone. He asked for a refund for what hed had which was given. A bit disappointed.

The service was good, staff friendly enough, food was amazing. Only issue was the music was far too loud, almost impossible to have a conversation. The food my missus ordered was great, and they have an excellent Vegan / Vegetarian selection for her to choose from.

Loved it! Got us in after we weren't allowed in pom Asian die to gluten free diner in our party. Lovely atmosphere, great service. Enjoyable evening

The food was great. Succulent chicken, tasty broccoli and seasoned fries all cooked to perfection. This is so far the best Nando's I've eaten. The staff were amazing, very attentive, friendly and happy. Loved it !

Not overly impressed by the level of cleanliness. Staff are helpful and polite.

Seriously i wouldn't pay their prices for a chicken (way over priced).

Got a little piece of chicken foods shrunken no liver so disappointing.

It's been a long time since we last visited a Nando's. They are so consistent that it seems pointless to review unless you wish to praise or moan, however I have never had a bad experience. The only reason for this review is to commend them on their newish chickpea burger which was rather nice and good value compared to say the McDonald's equivalent.

Great to go with friends if you fancy a cheap meal. Chicken is beautiful but some of the sides such as the broccoli are not the best. Music can be a bit loud and overpowering if your trying to have a conversation. Usually very busy and packed. Great for a quick cheap meal but that would be about it.

The food was lovely, the grilling "almost" verged on the burnt side, but it didn't ruin it. Between us we nearly had every kind of chicken they offered (We had wings, breast and thighs), and it was all really tasty. The piri-salted chips were awesome as was the rice, although the portioning seemed a little hit & miss. We had two large chips, and one portion was almost a quarter bigger than the other. (Human nature leads you to assume one portion was too small, not that we had extra in the larger portion) The only fly in the ointment...we used their "scanning at the table" menu to order desserts...which, after 30 minutes of no dessert I ended up having to ask for...hopefully that's the fault of technology, because the staff all seemed very helpful.

Food was good, fast to arrive. The service on the other hand has gone down the pan, now they force you to scan a qr code on your phone to place an order. Messing around with apps takes twice as long, why cant you just go back to table service, you have more than enough staff on the floor to take orders.

Always have a good experience here. Can usually seat you and the food always comes pretty quickly. The staff are really friendly, too. We travel to this one over our local one in Selly Oak, as we always have a bad experience there so would rather go to the Merry Hill one.

Missed coming here thanks to Covid and us being cautious but it was worth coming back too as food as always was hot and totally delicious. Staff friendly and helpful and restaurant was very clean.

I had butterfly chicken which was very nice. My 73 year old young lady had halloumi and mushroom pita which was also very nice but was quite small for the price. I would like to compliment your staff for being very helpful and friendly.

Loved this Nandoes. The design of the place was very unique and appealing to the eye. Unfortunately the food wasn't very warm or that enjoyable but it may have been to do with the fact that it was after 10pm so standards weren't as high

First time back in Nandos since lock down. You have to order through your phone. What a ball ache. Create an account, pick a password, then you have to get an access code through your emails. I don't like putting my credit card details through my phone. But if you got cash going to the tills is fine. Fetching sources is fine. Frustrating experience.
