    After looking round for our first hot tub at numerous places I came upon 1 Stop Spa's at the Lincolnshire show. Speaking with both Chris & Gary at the show and having the American Whirlpool tubs features explained to me I was impressed with both the product and the company. A visit to the showroom with my wife confirmed this and we placed an order for our 471 hot tub. We were given an installation date, everything went to plan and happened exactly as we were told it would, installation was very professional. I had to go away for a few days just after getting the hot tub before I had got the hang of the water maintenance, on arrival home the water had gone cloudy, a phone call to Chris and I received advice on what to do, we paid a visit to the showroom to collect some additional products, whilst at the showroom we received further advice from Melissa, we left feeling a whole lot more confident and crystal clear water was restored within 24 hours. Overall we have been very happy with the level of service and as such will not doubt remain customers for years to come, Have already recommended to a couple of friends who have expressed an interest.

    We have recently purchased a hot tub from One Stop, and are very satisfied. We were advised by Chris, and everything he said about the insulation on the American Whirlpool brand is fact - believe me! Our tub is within a building with bi-fold doors and in the 6 weeks we’ve had it, we have only had to heat the water once to 37c as it has held its heat so well - some days too hot! After sales service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble and there is always someone there to help and advise when it comes to adding chemicals etc, would highly recommend.

    We bought a hot tub from One Stop and it was all smiles....... when we needed to move it the experience was very different. No sale, no interest. There was no aftersales loyalty, after agreeing to help with the move they then let us down. When we did manage to get people out to de commission the tub they were great but we could not recommend this company to buy from. January 2023 We posted this poor review of OneStop when we felt they let us down with after sales service, they placed a comprehensive reply. We considered the matter closed. Their final comment ‘We do however wish you the best of luck for the future and are always there for you if you need remote support.’ Sounded great. When the screen failed on our hot tub we naturally got in touch with OneStop, surely they would be keen to demonstrate their ‘interest in aftercare’. Not so, initially Chris told us that our hot tub wasn’t covered by warranty because we had moved house. We contacted Max Spas (the manufacturers of Whirlpool) directly who confirmed that our tub was covered by warranty. Again we contacted Chris. His email states ‘we can assist with the warranty claim, however, we will insist on you first removing the unjust review you left us’. We got back in contact with Max Spas, explained why we were unhappy with OneStop and their response. Max Spas have been fantastic, they arranged for the part to be sent directly to us and agreed a local company could fit it. OneStop had the chance to prove that they do have a good after sales service, we could be rewriting our review but no, instead they have confirmed our feelings of disappointment.

    What a fabulous company to deal with, they kept us updated about delays in delivery of our tub, (it was not their fault it was late). This was a large purchase, I felt confident throughout the transaction. Today was install day, what a fabulous team that completed it! Super chaps and a job done brilliantly, John talked us through how to use it, cleaning and chemicals etc! Told to call if we had any problems or needed any further help. Good old fashioned customer service! 👏👏👏👏👏👏

    We have recently purchased an American whirlpool Spa from One Stop and thought we would share our experience. We visited the Sleaford showroom and were met by a lovely young salesman, who was very knowledgeable (but not pushy) who talked us though each of the spas and the different options available, the following week we visited the East Bridgeford showroom where we met Chris, who again was excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable and helped answer even more of my questions, he also followed up with details to compare the spas I had been looking at, to discuss and deliberate at home. A few weeks later we arranged another meeting with Chris to view the preowned hot tubs and compare options with the new spas in the showroom, again at no point did we feel pressured into a purchase but felt totally at ease that One Stop would be the best people to entrust with our hot tub purchase. They were brilliant at answering all our questions (all with our energetic 8 old daughter in tow.) Installation day was a breeze John and his team negotiated our new resin patio with extreme care. And fully demonstrated setting up the hot tub including chemical set up. To say we are happy with the whole experience would be an understatement. As a first time hot tub owner we take great comfort knowing that the team are a phone call away and we would definitely recommend Chris and the team at One Stop to give you lots of time, advice and no pressure sales approach to your spa purchase.

    Having traded in a master spa hot tub for an American whirlpool I can say it was the best choice for us. Having spoke to the team and doing both dry and wet test we have been enjoying the experience of the ongoing advice and support. Learning about maintenance and water care, which I didn’t get from a previous provider. Being on the Maintenance/water OCare plan is definitely worth it as I have seen a significant improvement with our water from previous. Would highly recommend.

    I’ve had my hot tub for over 10 months now and I know I made the best choice. I did my research and visited a few places getting advice before settling on going with 1stop spas. They were informative, patient, explaining all about the different options and helping decide which was best for my family. They were all friendly and helpful on installation day. Even since installation, I can ring up with any questions no problem. As I got used to keeping the chemicals topped up through to the first water change. I feel reassured that there is someone at the end of the phone as needed.

    Hi Chris. Just been into the Sleaford store for some chemicals. Your staff are a credit to you! Always friendly and knowledgable and very helpful. Only an £11.99 spend, but every trip to the store is lovely.
