I would like to say a big thank you to reception staff and especially to Josh at Clinic 360 for an excellent service. After months of pain in my hip, I had an ultrasound guided steroid injection almost two weeks ago and so far, so good. Josh was very professional and friendly and he put me at ease.. He rang me after 12 days to see how I was which I thought was very kind. I would not hesitate recommending Clinic 360 and would gladly go back if needed.

It’s now 3 weeks since my treatment and the pain in my knee has reduced significantly. The service you provided was excellent and Josh’s explanation and understanding of my problem gave me the confidence that the treatment was the right course of action. I had been struggling with my right hip until I saw Josh at Clinic360. After examination he diagnosed me as having Bursitis and then gave me an ultrasound guided injection. I am now pain free - amazing! The whole process was quick, easy and extremely efficient. I can’t recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend Clinic 360. I have consulted them regarding both a hip problem and a shoulder problem. Both times they have been very professional and accurately diagnosed my problem. They work with the NHS and your own Doctor, as well as the private sector and give advice and recommendations regarding moving forward with whatever problem you have. Chronic osteoarthritis in left hip. Extremely painful, unable to walk some days. Needs replacing but US guided cortisone injection to delay operation. Whole process was efficient and professional. Clinic is modern and clean. Done by Michael. Nice guy. Took time to explain everything clearly, gave excellent advice on aftercare. Almost painless injection. Pain disappeared after couple hours, still no pain week later. Able to walk normally and exercise. Highly recommend.

Would give more stars if they were available, was a fair drive for me to get there but well worth the visit. Was seen by Mr Josh Wheatley, he was excellent, I went for a Cortisone injection as referred for on by my GP but was at least 3-4 week wait on the NHS so decided to go private. Upon arriving Josh asked me my history and about the issues with my shoulder and did an ultrasound, he put my mind at ease all the way through and he then said it was too soon as I had only just re-injured my shoulder 5-6 days earlier and to have a cortisone injection now would do more harm then good so advised against it. They really care about the patients here, it's not just about making money like other private practices I've been to. I would definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody and would visit again even with the distance (59 miles away from me) at the drop of a hat if I needed too.

This was my 2nd visit to Clinic 360. I saw Michael Bryant who was professional, very knowledgeable and a very nice man. Helen is a lovely lady who keeps you informed of your appointments. My father had hyaluronic acid injection in his joint.No local anaesthetic was given and didn’t even ask us if we wanted any. My dad suffered from extreme pain . This was very strange

Clinic 360 changed my life! Within half an hour I had had a scan, told what was wrong with my shoulder (calcific build up in my tendon of which he explained exactly what it was and how to treat it) and was given a cortisone Injection there and then. I had been waiting for my doctor for months to give me a pain relief injection into my knee joint. I decided to look online and found Clinic360. Travelled from Northumberland to Leeds for treatment, extremely happy with the services provided from start to finish and would have no reserviations about making the journey to go back there. I telephone for my appointment on Friday and was seeing the following Tuesday, I was suffering from pain in my shoulder which was bothering me for a number of weeks, I am very impressed with the service and professionalism which was provided to me, state of the art ultrasound was used and an injection was given to help with my pain directly to the point. I cannot afford to be off work. This is the reason why I chose this company, it would’ve taken me several weeks to get an appointment through my GP, the whole procedure took around half an hour and cost me £245, which in my opinion the pain has gone and I can resolve my work, it’s worth every penny Thank you.

I contacted the clinic after suffering shoulder pain for 4 months, no sleep and constant pain. I was awaiting an ultrasound on the NHS but couldn't stand the pain any longer. After a year of pain and wrong diagnoses I booked a consultation and scan with Clinic 360. Best decision I could have made. After examination and scan Joshua said I needed a hip replacement and recommended a surgeon. I had the op on May 4th and am recovering well. Clinic 360 is very efficient; from booking my appointment to telephone follow-up I have been very impressed.

Used 360 a couple of times and I have been really impressed in both occupations. Both have been for tendinopathy of shoulder. Treatment has been excellent and the ultrasound guided injection works like magic. Josh is professional and knowledgeable with a great “bedside manner”. Been having problems with my shoulder for several weeks but struggled to get in with my local gp. Phoned the Clinic 360 Tuesday morning and got an appointment for Friday the same week. Ultrasound was given and cortisone injection after everything explained and all done within the hour. The pain went within 3 days and like a new shoulder now. Very professional and helpful clinic. I visited this clinic today with my husband who was experiencing knee pain , very police staff and Micheal Brent was so caring and explained everything the process to us and what was the cause , provided my husband with different physio exercises to do at home Definitely recommend this place to others .
