Visit selfridges in Birmingham at least once a month Always leave with something Everyone who works there Is always so kind and helpful you don't get followed around and left to enjoy your shopping they just let you know they're nearby if you need them. Everything is always in the best condition and if you have any problems to let them know and as long as you have a receipt you can return the item. We often but shoes and bags and the people upstairs are lovely especially the lady who works on the till near the bags next too offspring. She always makes sure to wrap our gifts and bag them for us and seals them closed so people can't grab them. Her customer service is amazing 🖤 Will post some of our best buys from the shop you will also often find amazing discounts on items and pick up once in a lifetime deals 😍

We visited Dsquared2 shop in Conduit street London in 24 of December 2021. We came to the shop twice to buy a pair of Legend Sneaker. The staff was not helpful at all. The security man was polite and helpful. The shop is really nice shamed about customer service.

A ginormous shopping place that has got a bit of everything right from costly designer clothes and boutique items to toys and home decors and chocolates. Everything in here was a tad pricey given it was Selfridges that comes with quality. Loved the cafe, and also the Krispy Kreme doughnuts and the noodles bar. Parking can be done in the adjacent building and can be accessed via an overhead tunnel which was really awesome.

Friendly staff , attention to detail . Daniel made sure my Le Labo got personalised, gift wrapped and sent me off feeling fabulous !

Located in a world famous building (currently under renovation), Selfridges Birmingham has 4 levels packed of the latest fashion, beauty, tech and food with different price points to suit most pockets. It also houses a lot of brands exclusive to the city.

It's still good, but not quite what it used to be. I think it's less "kid friendly" and they focus more on the fashion side of things. Still, eateries inside selfridges were very varied and unique.

OMG, I haven't been to Birmingham for years , it's changed so much, all the shops I used, gone, roads gone, or altered, good job I went with someone who could show me around,all the places that I drove through and parked, gone, we ended up in Selfridge's for food as everywhere else was rammed, 30 mins waiting for a phone message to get a table for 2 at Eddie's, Food was great tasting and hot, but cost me the price of a 4 person meal back in Oldbury. Everywhere was rammed even the loos had queue's 🤭.

As regular costumers of the selfridges I was very disappointed with one the staff and the floor manager taking her side. I bought a hat for my husband’s birthday 1 week ago and it didn’t fit well on him so obviously I was going to return it. The hat was the last one, didn’t have a tag and came without a bag. For some reason there was a small dirt which I haven’t seen it when I was returning it and the Lady was claiming that she couldn’t take it back and sell it again. I cleaned it and my husband went back, the dirt is gone and the hat is in perfect condition and never been used from us. I wonder what do they do when costumers are trying items and accidentally same thing happens? Do they throw them away??? Because the day I bought it there were at least 3 other costumers trying the hats... It’s such a shame that a big name like selfridges treats the costumers this way.

Feel home after visiting Here. I use to go to London Oxford but couldn’t stop myself to pop in if there’s some deals waiting for me and they didn’t disappoint me. Grab some stuff at sales prices even better then London deals. So happy that I step in 😄

Got a Tonkutso buy one get one free lunch coupon unfortunately Birmingham branch is not doing lunch menu. Very disappointed then we went to Yo! Had a good lunch there, enjoyable, although there is no more sushi for you to choose from the belt but it delivered your food to you. Fun to watch and eat

A wonderous store, especially when in Christmas mode! We had great fun in the fragrance section trying out the niche perfumes.

A very busy place specially the weekends but really nice with nice collections for luxury brands, the food hall there is just amazing, you can find a really nice selection of chocolates and pastries specially halawaat which I recommend to everyone to try it

Raj Begum who works for the perfume stand is an absolute gem and asset to your team. She went above and beyond to help me find gifts for family members and I sincerely appreciate all her patience and consideration. 5* service from a lovely, kind soul.

Very friendly, helpful, playful staff allowed me to make my video clips for content very clean, beautiful, airey atmosphere. The shoes had 20% off £715 were absolutely beautiful and comfy

Wow this store is like a mini store all on its own, top brands as you can expect, hugh store on several levels, there's a bistro, toilet facilities, baby change on many of the levels, if you park in selfridges park on the roof level 8 and use the foot bridge link to walk over to selfridges (much easier then the lifts), parking wasn't cheap £10 about £2 an hour but worth it for the location, there's a security guards patrolling the car park as well, oh and of course when you step out, you're in the fabulous 'bullring'!

Great atmosphere and amazing and high quality products and I just love their perfumes! Quite expensive though. The staff are always ready to help with a pleasant personality

Huge department store....I think they sell everything. Extremely busy. Took my teenage son into the fragrance department. Massive choice & 100's of samples, polite & helpful staff.

Good quality products with a clean, modern experience. Staff are fairly helpful although can vary across different departments. It is quite expensive but the brand's it sells aren't generally your high street brands. Over all a good store which is much needed in Birmingham

My wife and I had a very rare free day together and decided on a shopping day in Birmingham. Fabulous decision. From the eateries we visited particularly Piccolinos restaurant with lovely food and service to the very fabulous selfridges. Great shopping experience. Staff throughout the store are welcoming. Helpful and professional. A particular thanks to Jennifer who works at the Chanel stand. Very helpful, knowledgeable, professional young lady. Would highly recommend a visit to the store and food and refreshments at Fumo restaurant. The staff there too were fantastic. Loved it. Looking forward to going back soon.

I went to Selfridges with my wife. There are top brands in it and there is a wide range of shoes branded purses watches and many clothing varieties. I highly recommend this place to visit once. All top brand are there in it.

We have been here a few times a year. Fav area is the toys. Krispy kreme and the noodles are the best food venders. They are all the best places for us. All staff in the three venues are kind, supportive and helpful. The krispy kreme are lovely. 2 SEND boys and two stressed mothers and a coffee and doughnut and all is well again. When looking for the secret santa twice, the security team helped us by radio threw which confirmed cadbury had changed the date to the following week. . . and then cancelled the second date at a minutes notice. Always cool displays and the most lively fr c and mrs c to pose for a quick photo impromptu as a SEND boy can not que. Well organised and well loved. Have bespoke gifts.

Huge store full of everything you could expect. Including Krispie kremes, Ed's diner, cake stalls, Greek restaurant and Yo Sushi. The lady in the alcohol section, was very friendly and helpful

Brillant shopping friendly staff disappointed no christmas decorations but nicely decorated for christmas

Extremely rubbish customer service went into store and advised by man working there they didn’t have the jacket in my size so ordered online. Once the jacket arrived it was too big so rang customer service a day later they have the jacket and the woman working at Canada goose today said that the man didn’t look properly. Wasted my time and money travelling after a long day at work.
