Amazing. Easily the best spa massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to lots of spas. I had the body scrub followed by the full body massage with hot stones and then express facial. It was exceptional. Hollie is really skilled and a real professional. I have already recommended her to my friends and family! It was a real treat and I’m hoping to book again asap. I would highly recommend Metro Spa and Hollie to anyone looking for a high quality treatment.

I have always been very insecure about my skin due to years of acne and acne scarring. I had attended consultations and even had treatment at other clinics before but wasn’t overly pleased with my results. Beautiful salon located in the centre of birmingham, easily accessed by public transport bus/trains and parking close by. Excellent across the board. The setting of the new premises inside mailbox is stunning and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful treatment by Theresa. A facial. The experience was very relaxing. Every treatment I was given Theresa explained what is was and how it will help my skin. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly lady called Wendy who offered me a coffee and showed me where my treatment would be. After the treatment I was offered another coffee and shown the products that had been used and the chance of purchasing them. Overall a relaxing experience would recommend to all my family and friend's. On another positive note free parking outside. Well done to all and thank you.
