Have never encountered such an unprofessional beahaviour. I have been given an offer on the phone consultation, then the following day she denied giving me the offer, saying that it was a different colleague and the offer does not exist. Unable to explain me how they define the bikini lines and so...I have just simply left.

I’ve been to my 3rd session with Shazia and it’s been amazing! She’s sooo kind and very professional at what she does, knows what kind of hair you have and how to successfully get rid of it! Like mentioned, it’s been only 3 times that I’ve been, and my hair growth has changed drastically. Recommend 💯

Terrible experience. Felt uncomfortable as things were explained quickly and not in detail. Walked out after I was laughed at for how I filled the forms in. I would not want that person pointing a lazer at me. Incredibly unprofessional.

Used the promotional offer via Instagram - ended up paying for 6 sessions upfront for a package. Really good equipment being used. I like that there is a no refunds for lost appointments for late arrivals because it doesn’t eat into anybody else’s time.

I have thick dark hair, and the laser treatment has reduced this substantially already. Greta is a wonderful and welcoming person so I always feel comfortable with her during the sessions. I will update this when the 6 sessions are complete, but I reckon it'll be exactly the same feeling! Great service, even better staff :D

I have started a full body laser hair removal this month and 2 weeks after the first session I could already see resultan many hairs started to leave the body and I’m glad to see this result. I was nervous about getting laser done, as it was my first time, but Jessica was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions, as well as telling me all of the things I needed to be aware of. She was very truthful in terms of results and in explaining the tiny possibility of side effects; she didn’t try to make it all seem like a walk in the park, which I really appreciated. Jessica was so easy to talk to and as a result, the time flew by - I was there for a few hours and she made it seem like minutes! Once my session was over, Jessica booked me in for my next session right away as she said consistency was key - I can tell she really cares about her clients and wants them to get the most out of the services they pay for. I went for the full body package, which included the face and neck - I’ve had my first session, which was great and I look forward to my laser journey with Jessica. I HIGHLY recommend her if you want someone who is comforting, charismatic and kind.

Booked a course of laser hair removal sessions here with Jessica. I'm currently on session 3 out of 6 and so far the service has been amazing. There's already a massive improvement in the area treated. Jessica is also very welcoming, makes you feel completely at ease and overall does an awesome job. Looking forward to the final result.

I purchased 8 sessions with envie clinic because I was referred to them by my friend. I have had 3 full body laser hair removal sessions so far with Jessica and I couldn’t be more happier with the results I have seen so far. I have had a massive 95%+ hair reduction all over my body (literally hair free). My therapists Jessica has been so amazing and has made my experience a lot easier and enjoyable. She has been extremely kind and caring and keeps me talking to keep my mind off the treatment. I would highly recommend this treatment for everyone it was worth every penny you spend on it and I would definitely advise to get your treatment done from Jessica.

I am only halfway my full body hair removal treatment (6 sessions) and the improvement is already remarkable. I was quite hesitant of doing full body without trying it out on a smaller scale first, but I can't tell you enough how happy I am I went for it directly! It's a bit of an investment but is truly worth it. From the very first session I could feel a massive change on my face and body and I wasn't expecting it at all. Ever since I stopped taking the pill, I grew darker hair everywhere, even my back, so I thought it would take longer than that. This treatment has given me my confidence back, and I already feel like myself again, if not better. Pain-wise, is tolerable, and when it stings a bit, Greta is very patient and allows me to curse and everything, so we have a good laugh every time. Not only the service is very professional, but she also creates a friendly environment making you feel comfortable, which, giving the fact that you are laying naked covered in gel, is very much appreciated. Seriously I can't recommend it enough, it all starts with a consultation and a small test.
