The level of service is top quality. Our sonographer Fatima was very thorough and helped ease any concerns we had with regards to the baby. Would definitely recommend if you want a private scan and reasonably priced too. I didn't catch the man at the front desks name but he was very helpful and very friendly too. There is also normally parking right outside too. We found parking easy.

Had my first experience at Hey Baby today. It was a great experience. Staff are really friendly and they really put my mind at ease. Im pregnant with baby number 1 and was a little concerned about babies growth after visiting my midwife. I had a growth scan where the sonographer went through everything in detail. They are very professional and i definitely see the value of a private scan. I will be using Hey Baby in future again if i have more kids. thank you so much for a lovely experience.

An amazing experience with an experienced sonographer that made my partner really feel like part of our pregnancy. We had a previous pregnancy which wasn’t to be so the reassurance that HeyBaby gave us to play the heartbeat and find the baby in seconds. We actually had a scan at 8 and 12 weeks as my NHS scan was postponed and both times were amazing. The second time, my bladder wasn’t full enough and I was allowed time to drink something and have a walk and come back in half an hour - I wasn’t made to feel foolish and comforted that there wasn’t anything wrong. I also chose to email them through the Facebook messenger app and not only were they super helpful offering advice and a quick response, but they even messaged well after closing hours and helped me get my photos really quickly to share with family that afternoon. Planning on booking a scan later into my pregnancy to share with family members and will definitely be using HeyBaby again. Thank you.

Had my early reassurance scan this morning as this is my first pregnancy and I felt a bit nervous about how baby was developing. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was polite and courteous. The sonographer was so lovely and really made me feel comfortable throughout the scan. She took her time explaining everything and asking me if I had any questions at the end. Me and hubby also came away with two lovely photos to keep for memory’s sake. Will be coming back again in the future. Thank you

Lovely experience! Me and my partner went to a reassurance scan last night and although baby was small, we got to hear the heartbeat and even try the 4D scan. It was perfect and the staff were so so informative and kind! We will definitely be back for our gender reveal!

This place is excellent. No faffing around. Weekend and late evening appointments really helped with our working hours. Sonographer is very experienced, warm and approachable. My wife is a high risk pregnancy and we will be coming here between every Nhs scans, to feel better about things. Prices are same as other places. Will continue to come here. Thank you.

It was my second visit and i cant recommend them enough. The best ultrasound place in Midlands. Infacts I have been to a few in Oxford with my previous pregnancies but nothing compares to the beautiful experience i had at HeyBaby Solihull. The dr is the nicest, kindest person who answers all of your questions, is not at all in a hurry and will spend all the time to show you baby from all possible angles. this will be my goto place without any doubts for my future scans. I cannot thank to them enough. As our first pregnancy, I was super anxious and worried if everything was ok, for early reassurance scan at 6 weeks we visited them. Each one of them at every step, from the first contact on phone with Tania, she was the most comforting person since my pregnancy news ever, so patient, so polite, caring, her sharing her own personal experience and giving me comfort, empathy, and it was on a Sunday! I now how working on sunday feels! She booked my same day appointment, we drove 50 mins to there, grateful we did. The gentleman at the reception was very polite and gentle, and Dr Fatima, she was professional at her job, explained me everything she saw she taught, gave me reassurance. At the end they gave us super cute complimentary baby gifts. Im so grateful and glad we chose them. I do not trust nhs and their protocols whatsoever I am glad I didnt wait for 12 week for my first scan, if God permits willing to revisit for our future scans.

I had a scan there for the first time. A guy at reception was very welcoming. Sonographer lady was pleasant! Great service! 👍🏻

I had an NIPT test here 4 weeks ago and have had no results and no correspondence from the company. I phoned on numerous occasions and have asked for an update, I was promised an up date each time by the end of the day but not once did anyone return my call and let me know what was happening. I still don’t know what has happened to my results or what is going on. I was promised a full refund on Saturday and was told it would take 2-3 working days, I have still not received the refund and it is Friday. I have chased and again no one has come back to me.

We did not get clear 4D video/images and was not offered a rescan. Called the shop after rewatching the video where we barely saw anything because baby’s arms and umbilical cord was in the way (no one’s fault) explaining that we were unhappy and should have been offered a rescan after spending £100. The staff were unhelpful and our only option was to pay for another scan.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Fatima the sonographer was amazing, so knowledgeable and she made the experience so meaningful. She spent so long showing us and explaining everything. All the wellness info we got was brilliant and the 4D pictures! Highly recommend.

I have been for 4d scan for both of my pregnancies. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond to experience seeing your baby. There is a general wellbeing check as well which was reassuring.

Absolutely blown away by the experience we have received at Hey Baby. From walking through the door to leaving we had the best time and the staff were extremely informative and friendly. A massive thank you to Sania, the service was exceptional and I would defiantly recommend it all friends and family.

Very kind, friendly and professional staff. On first 4d scan our baby girl was in a very bad position, they tried to help with useful tricks to turn her in to a better position. But we were not succeed, so they offer a free rescan 2 weeks later, where the scan lady had to do tricks again ;), but at least we win and could see our baby girl and got wonderful pics and videos. We had 4D VIP package.

Absolutely lovely atmosphere, lovely staff and a really lovely experience! I came here for a early reassurance scan after multiple losses and staff were so lovely and supportive ! I then came back for my early gender reveal scan and again, an absolutely amazing experience! Staff mentioned they ran out of balloons for my gender reveal for the gender I needed, so replaced it with a confetti cannon free of charge! I love that you can take your children in to experience the joy with you and will definitely be returning / recommending to friends and family in the future! Such a lovely set up inside too! And I have got a lovely heartbeat bear I can treasure for life! Thanks for being amazing and giving me such special memories ! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic personal, professional and warm service offered. They noticed something no other private clinic had and trust me there's been a lot! They take time and are meticulous at their work, more importantly they are honest and informative. Don't waste your money and go to another private clinic.
