It's handy for collections as they're free rather than home delivery. But considering it's ample size, we always seem to struggle to find stuff physically inside which basically just leads to the shop being a driver warehouse for us.. if we do find what we were after, they never seem to have the size in stock. Not sure why they moved to larger premises only to seeming lose some of the range.

Nice and spacious. Visited many times. Excellent customer service and clean layout. Never got stuck in ques unlike some other Next branches. Next is usually my entrance point to Merry Hill.

Not enough staff for size of store. Yesterday whilst in the store browsing we found an armchair in the Next sale we wanted to purchase and takeaway. However there only seemed to be two staff members working in the entire home department who were helping other customers. After waiting 20 minutes I decided to try find anyone who could help me in another department and after a few minutes I found a very helpful and willing to assist staff member, who then had to leave her department unattended. Paid for the item and was told that I needed to collect the item before 8 pm that day. I returned to the store with my car an hour later and then had the same experience again of waiting 15 minutes before someone allowed me to remove the chair from the display. I was also disappointed that the store did not have people or equipment to offer to help move the item safely to my car. We are very happy with the product and this review is not aimed at the individual staff, as they were all very busy, but for a store that sells everything in the Next range and on a payday Saturday, I would of expected more staff and a better customer experience.

I came shopping at Merryhill after along time. The store staff Demi who helped us get the correct suit sizes spent over an hour with us is a really asset to Next. She really made our life easy by ordering 8 suits and had to go into the store room many times to check sizes. I would definitely come back to this store with this level of service. Well done Demi 👍

They have some quality clothes there at competitive prices

Great variety of products for the home and an extensive stock of womens and mens clothing. Doing almost everything that Debenhams used to do.

Huge store, awful range. For men if you are above a 38 waist or XXL there is no stock. There aren’t even tester shirts above an 18” neck when they sell far bigger. Huge baby and toddler range, huge range for “petite” ladies. Nothing for maternity in store…..

I love love love love love next always. Staff is good here in meryy Hill also dressing room is awesome. One tip for next shopping (this 9r any store) if you like something. Straight away buy it... Sale? Onhhh you ll not get even in next week visit.. So go for it.. Little expensive strategy but will save your time and energy ⚡ if you're working woman.

Easy to park, plenty of spaces including disabled. Costa inside on 1st floor and easy accessible toilets. Friendly staff when you can find one available

As we are in the position of having less store options for the older man i would have thought the range of regular fit would improve but the rails are still full of skinny.

I've found this store and next in general a breath of fresh air. The staff are polite, easy going and returns were made super quick. I returned a coat too small and In the space of 2 minutes staff had refunded me, exchanged it and been to the racks to get a new one/bigger size. This happened a second time when returning a coat as well. Super fast polite service in and out in 5 minutes.

Very large next anchoring the Merry Hill complex. There is a online returns drop buried in the heart of the store. It's like walking through their catalogue.

This store is quite large my problem with it was it just looked like a large jumble sale. There was loads of clothes on sale but they was just everywhere you struggled to get around because everything was to close together. I'm not in a rush to go back.

Store looks great, but there's no range of sizes at all. No size 34 in most of the mens shorts, and the difference between a 32 and a 34 was huge. Changing rooms were a mess with clothes strewn everywhere, completely unstaffed, some used for storing cardboard boxes, and kids running riot. Not a relaxing shopping experience.

A well laid out store. Good range of clothes, furniture lighting and gifts. Wheel chair friendly. Bonus a Costa coffee to take breather on first floor lift available. Good car parking.

I was very disappointed with the customer service when I visited the store on 17/05/21. Decided to pop into the Dudley store to view a range of furniture before ordering. When I approached a member of staff for some help. Her first words were not hello, or how can I help you? But what do you need? She appeared to be quite put out. She then went on to repeatedly state that an item that I had seen on their website was the same as an item she had pointed out in store. They were different items. It really was the attitude of someone who couldn't be bothered. So instead I went to the store at St John's Retail Park, Wolverhampton. Here the staff member was very polite and helpful, and gave the level of customer service that you would expect from a Next store.

As you would expect from Next a well laid out store with a great selection of items. Homeward through to clothing all under one roof plus a Costa Coffee on a separate floor for a break and refreshments.
