Brought a fan kit, asked if i needed to get flex and plug as have had to in the past, was told as it comes as part of a kit that would be included, got home to find it wasnt, pretty annoying. 2nd time brought an x-stream propergator got home to find an important part was missing, so had to drive 10 miles back to the shop a few days later to pick up. If u live close by i would reccomend as they stock pretty much everything apart from the plant magic range, but if u live a few miles away as i do i wouldnt bother as your more than likely gonna be driving back there.
